Later discovered that THREE recurring payments of $39.95, $7.95, and $9.95 are charged indefinitely if you order the one disk. When you call all three 800 numbers on my bank statements, showing three separate companies/charges, Its all the same recorded message to stay on hold. All, 1st Choice Moving and Storage is one such company that you cannot trust as their representatives would not even bother to call you back regarding the move. I initiated the move from Olympia WA on September 24th and I still haven't received my stuff to date (November 19th 2008). On calling them they keep telling that they would not know when they can deliver as they thrive on some other moving agency. Gist of it, just stay away as they fail you in every regard. My family recently had a very simple move. I made an appointment with Express Movers about 3 weeks in advance. I was told the movers would arrive between 8-9am. Company wont give the EPA certification for the xm-155. The MCO provided did not say it met EPA standards so DMV in Oregon wont license the scooter. Cant get it street legal without the EPA certification. Ive been trying to get it for TWO MONTHS from customer service. So I wind up with an expensive YARD ORNAMENT!! I was employed as a nurse at this facility for approximately 18 months, and endured intimidation by management, underpayment of benefits, and outright favoritism in many instances. My girlfriend and i decided to try rolling our own cigarettes. We bought the TOP starter kit, only because she wanted the top FLIP-TOP box that it included. When we got to the car and opened it, it had a cheap piece of crap clear plastic sliding case, nothing like the false advertised box showed on the front. These guys sent three Russian movers that threatened to damage my belongings if they didn't receive adequate tips. Management didn't care and protected them. The managers ignored me. They also refused to weigh my goods but overcharged after the initial low estimate. The owner is a con-artist and a horrible person. I checked my account this evening and found an unauthorized charge for $ 11.89 from a Pioneer Media Group LLC. The transaction and charge occurred today while my wife and I were at home. I called the bank immediately and they are looking into the matter. I had to cancel the card in question and file a dispute. I purchased a car battery for $59.50 with a 60 month prorated warranty (cost= $.99 a month for 60 months). The battery only lasted 25 months before it became defective. When I went back to return the battery to receive my prorated refund for 35 months or $34.65 credit (35months x $.99= $34.65 credit) I was told that I would receive a prorate credit based upon the current 'list price' of the battery and not the actual price I paid for it.
