I had found myself in need of some emergency cash when I was contacted by a company call Charleston Lending Network of America. They said I was approved for a $4000 loan but needed to pay a $400 fee for insurance on the loan. I filed a homeowner's insurance claim on August 18 2008, after my shower drain pipe broke, damaging my bathroom flooring (water damage). I recently was involved in an accident which totaled my truck. Under my contract with CarBiz Auto Credit, Inc., I would get another vehicle of same purchase price and value as when I first bought mine. And I would continue to pay just the balance on my account I owed. After submitting an accident report and several attempts to contact them nothing has been done to fulfill the contract and its been past 60 days now. As a new home owner I didn't understand or even know I had a home warranty until my front entry started rotting. Whatever exterior building material that had been used allowed water to wick up behind the material and decay from the backside. I am a canadian tire customer. I shop at your stores and use your gas bar towards a two cent gas saving, as I have the advantage gas card. Over the last month I have been checking the price of your gas compared to other gas servers. I have been calm and patient with regard to what I uncovered. These are the same people as Charterstone Financial and Hudson Lending. They are going by the name of FIRST AVENUE LENDING GROUP. Just like the others, they asked for the money upfront, which I did of course via Moneygram. Which I realize now is a very bad idea from reading all of these reports. They are in Canada. When I received my November phone bill I had charges listed from OAN Services. Do not shop for a vehicle at EEE of Springfield, VA 22150. I purchased a BMW and the service engine oil light came on, so I took it in for an oil service change or resetting of the service light. I received a phone call asking permission to charge $1 to my credit card to introduce Wealth 911. Once I quickly reviewed the sie, I was no longer interested. They were notified by email, as well as a conversation with my husband stating that we would no longer participate, and to cancel the program. At the time I believed it was taken care of. That following Monday I called again and now I received a phone message indicating that the company was on holiday until that Wed.
