I live in Calgary Alberta and I would like to say that Bell Expressview is a JOKE. They rip you off and don't do what you ask. This is the only company that the customer is never right. I was talked in to ordering the NHL Center Ice package for like $250.00 and was guaranteed every Calgary Flames game that would not be on TV. would be on Center Ice. I ordered ProCaulk off a TV ad and ordered one (1) ProCaulk Caulking Kit. When I received it they send an additional kit so I checked my credit card and sure enough they double charged me. Be very careful when ordering anything through this online store. They advertise womens clothes that they do not actually have though they say that the item is in stock, then try to substitute items to satisfy an order. They charge your credit card before processing the order. They are slow to credit you if you do not accept the substitute. Their customer service department falsely tells you that discounts will apply to the order but that they will have to apply them manually after you accept the full price on the transaction- then charge your card full price. This company is a scam. They will tell you they are located in CA, USA. No other address. No phone number. The only way to contact them is by email. Their merchandise ships from China but you are billed from Europe. I placed an order with this merchant on 12/13/08. I live in the same geographical area, (The Dallas/Ft. Worth Metroplex). Shipping should take no more than 2 days. Today is 12/19/08 and I have recieved no shipment, no tracking number, no indication the product has been shipped. I have called the only number available on the website at least 50 times this week and get no answer and cannot leave a message because the voicemail is FULL. My husband got a quote from Tuffy for some AC repairs. We elected not to have the work done with Tuffy, but they opened a credit card in our name for the total of what we had been quoted for the work. The first credit card statement arrived at an address where we had lived the previous year - the address was certainly never provided by us. Steve Janks appears to think the only mistake he made on our remodel job was not pulling permits. This is simply amazing. He was found guilty of stringing lamp shade wire through walls, installing windows too small to meet fire egress codes, a stairway that was not to code and much more. I have repeatedly told them that I am not the person nor do I know who this is and to stop calling me. On November 22, I ordered the Walter Doll and Peanut Doll for my family's Christmas surprise. Web site showed the items as available and not on back order.
