One of your advertisers, Koolprint is a scam. We ordered in July, 2007 500 brochures and were told they would be delivered in 4 weeks. Two months later still no brochures. I screamed and hollered and finally they sent out 50. Every week I called they said that the rest were sent out but never were. More screaming and hollering and more promises then they sent 225 brochures in October. I ordered a pair of boots in January and my credit card was charged. I have never received the boots. I was told the order was cancelled, but I have never seen a refund and can't get any one to answer my e mail or return my messages. Customer service forwards you to a message machine that no one ever calls back. And as of yesterday the phone message says they are moving. I hadn't seen this sight before ordering. Do not buy anything from Express Cameras. Look for authorized dealers only on the internet and if possible visit the stores... I too thought I was ordering a "free" sample of a teeth whitening. I then discovered an $88.97 charge out of my checking account. This is not fair. I too am on a fixed income and just about cover my bills each month. To have this taken out of my checking account was a bad surprise. I did call and write they did respond. I received a letter in the mail last night from CPB indicating that the letter received was a legal service to collect an unpaid debt of $148. 00 to a pizza place in 2001. I did call the (888) number and spoke to a man who explained that I owe money for a bounced check. I of course had many questions for him which he could not answer; How much was the check writen for? This ia a variation of the Daniel Haskins fake check scheme. My wife received a check for $4998 from Shoppers Evaluation Inc. which was signed by Jack A. Dill for which she was to act as a secret shopper. The idea is that money is to be divided as follows: $300 for herself, $50 for shpping at Wal-Mart, $40 for shopping at Gap, $1579 to be sent via Western Union with $99 for the service fee, and $2873 to be sent via Moneygram with $57 for the service fee. I have been attempting to call this number (1-877-350-8480) for the past several days to cancel the shipping of the product. All I get when i call the number is a recorded message telling me that someone will be with me soon. However, I have not been able to speak with a customer service representative. Major scam. I ordered "free trials" of both products for amount of shipping fee and was subsequently charged $38.95 and $39.95 and unknowingly became a club member. On 27 Feb 08 our order for the product we ordered was supposedly processed. It was suppose to take 14 - 21 days for delivery. As of this date, 5 Apr 08, we have not received it. I ordered supplies from this company. I never received my items even though my credit card was charged. My credit card is allowing me to dispute the charges. I have emailed Garage Door Supply directly, through their website as well as called them but their phone appears to be disconnected number. SC Parts took my bank card details and charged my card for the goods I ordered. They promised delivery next day and indeed I paid for the next day service. I never received the goods from SC Parts and now I have lost over £2000 and having to go to court to recover this. I have heard the same stories now from many people who dealt with SC parts group.
