The phone number given on the website to cancel your trial and avoid the 78.81 charge first said mailbox full and now says its not a working number. I don't know of any legit business that gives a non working number. I do have what I believe to be Nick Molina's personal phone number that I got from my bank transaction. This number is 3055341052. This company attacked our membrane keypad repair for over a year while falsely claiming the manufacturer had solved the button problems. Travelosity should have their license suspended. Customers should not have to talk to people in India who have NO concept of travelling within the US. On 09/30/2008 my PayPal account was hit for a fraudulent $38.83 charge. As of today (10/01/2008) the charge is "pending, " thus I'm unable to dispute it; when the charge clears my PayPal account I will immediately dispute it. I recently purchased the two sets of sheets from Haband for a total of $47.00 and change. I have now washed them three times to try to get the gas smell out of them and the third time--before I have even used them-- all of the sewing on the top of the sheets is coming out. We chose this reseller due to the low price on froogle.com. Unfortunately the service was not quite up to par. While the website states that the item would be shipped in 2-3 days, we did not receive the item for about 2 weeks. When we finally did receive the item, it was a faulty unit. This company offered a free roof inspection. After the inspection the "roof inpector" stated that my roof was so badly damaged he was "afraid" to walk on it. We filed a claim with our insurance company and I check the company out. They have been kicked out of the BBB and are under investigation for working without proper municipal permits in El Paso County. I have been billed by ATT for 9.99 on behalf of ILD services who is collecting for US Credit Find. I have had no contact with either of the latter two companies and I have not authorized either to sell me anything or to bill me on behalf of anyone with whom I do business.
