Drive Time preys on people that are severely credit challenged because they have no other alternative for transportation. I have heard supervisors stating that Drive Time predicts that a very large percent of their loans will go to collections, and possible repossession. In my financing experience in the auto business at another dealer, we could never get a loan funded based on the qualifications that I saw in the Drive time customer accounts. I used a prepaid WalMart Visa card to pay for SHIPPING & HANDLING fee of $2.95 at this company. In exchange I was supposed to receive a cd explaining the basics of how to get govenment grant information. If I wanted to become a member I would pay an additional fee. I ordered a sample bottle for shipping and handling charges only of $3.95 to my credit card, and within two weeks they billed me $89.31 for a full bottle, saying that because I didn't call with 14 days I was obligated to pay for this bottle and they didn't accept returns. This is a scam web site for people looking for movie file torrents. First on other sites it lists itself as having the torrent file. When you "signup" for ~$5.00. The file is not there. Thats bad enough but then you find you are automaticaly signed up to 3 porn sites which unless you go to the trouble of going to them and canceling the account you will be billed $30+ a month. I was reviewing my debit card from Wal Mart and noticed a small charge taken out for "service providers" for $3.88. I don't use the card for that much except to pay my phone bill. Apparently Google Tree is an online scam that I was not aware of until I looked at the transaction on this card tonight. I too signed up for the free trial with shipping of $5.95. I called the number 866-320-0038 after speaking with my bank and told them that my bank would be involved if we could not rectify this situation by phone. I went in to have a crown done and I had more pain after the work was done then before I entered the office. I could not chew for weeks. The crown they placed had a hole in it and they charged my insurance in full without properly finishing the work.
