The website said a free sample bottle for just a 5.95 shipping charge. At no time did it mention that I would be charged $89 with in 15 days of shipping. Money back guarantee, that's a load of crap. When I called to cancel my order, I was on hold for almost 30 minutes and only then did the operator mention that the order had to be cancelled within that 15 days or my card would be charged the full amount. On 11/24/08 I ordered the free trial of Acai berry. They said I could cancel any time within 15 days and there would be no charge except for shipping. Problem is that even after MULTIPLE attempts to reach them by phone I cannot get anyone on the line. SO I leave a message and NO ONE has ever called me back. Rapid Cable sent notification of a price increase effective Dec 1st. This price increase represented a 55 percent increase (from $80 to $125). I did not accept this increase and called on Oct 30th to have my service disconnected. The scheduled date was November 16th. I had to make arrangements to be off from work that day. Aspire credit card actually deleted some of my checking account information just so they can charge a late fee and raise the APR. I had my payment setup, and it went through 8 times as it should have, then suddenly it did not go through and I did not even notice it...upon further inspection half of my checking account # was missing?? I went to North Roberts dentist for a routine cleaning. That is all! In the lobby they had a new flat screen tv, promoting the horrors of oral cancer. On Aug 27, 2006, I placed an order for a one year subscription to Runner Times, It is now Jan 13, 2007. I have tried calling the company several times to no avail. Every call is picked up by an answering machine where I am asked to state my name, phone number and order number, so someone from customer service can look into the problem and return my call. I received the attached email. This by no means sounds legit. Sounds like some sort of money laundering business via wire transfer. I placed an order through Amazon on 12/15/08 for a gift (with expedited shipping, 2-6 days), which was processed through Caiman.
