I bought a system from these guys in Jan 99 - long before I knew about this website. I ordered a P2-400 with the Boston Acoustics sound system upgrade for an additional $79. I got a P2-350 with defective RAM and NO SOUND whatsoever even though I got charged for it. In March of this year, I ordered a recumbent rowing machine that arrived in April. After assembling the machine, I discovered that it had a defective (non-working) workout monitor and that it was at least two feet shorter than a standard rowing machine. My experience has been mixed. My first order was for a Canon iPF6100 printer, and I received it in a timely fashion for an excellent price. Three subsequent orders for ink tanks and paper have been disappointing. Nothing has shipped until I have complained after waiting 2 weeks. I asked my service to be cancelled and apply my security deposit of 39.95 towards final bill. Paid the final bill in september 08. Got an email from customer service that I owe nothing. Guess what in October got a new bill with one call from september and 9.95 late charge plus 39.95 they never deducted as a payment from my security deposit. Through some research, Lubery has been out of business for almost a year. They sold off their stores in Long Beach CA. I paid my mortgage in march on citi mortages web site. Citi morgage doubled my payment and explained it as a glitch in there system. The also stated that it would take a minimum of five business days for them to credit the unauthorized amount back to me. Four months after installation of our fence by this company, the gate would not close because the fence was starting to lean. We tried multiple times to contact the owner to honor his 3 year warranty. He left us a message saying he'd come look at it, but never did. Now, six months later, his business phone number has been disconnected and lean is much worse. We will probably have to pay to get it fixed by another company. Ben Evans Alias Ben Nuon of Genuine Warranty was arraigned in Florida for charges Of Criminal Grand Theft.
