The salesperson from Buyowner.com in Chicago came to our house and specifically told us that if our house was priced right, people would VIEW our home on the website and of those views 2% would call or email us regarding our home. The salesperson promised that our house would sell based on a comparative market analysis. He convinced us that the best way for us to sell our home would be to purchase the $4000.00 plan and pay it over time on our credit card. I called Good Sam Club's Continued Service Plan on 1-9-09 to advise that I was selling my motor coach and asked them for cancellation instructions. They advised that I could transfer the continued service plan coverage to the new owner by faxing them the new owner's information. I also asked them not to take the automatic withdrawal from my credit card on 1/13/09. They advised that as long as I advised them of the cancellation prior to 1/13/09, that there would not be a withdrawal.

My wife and I were promised two round-trip air tickets on Continental Airlines to anywhere in the U.S. plus a free rental car for a week. All we had to do was attend a no-pressure presentation of Vacation Professionals' services. I received my credit card charges today and there was a $10.00 charge to WLI'reservastionrewards.
I have never heard of this company much less buy something from them. In reading reports on them it seems like they charge a person $10.00 per month even though that person has not signed with them for anything.

What I received was a 10 day supply of a product called "Natural Acai Berry" with 20 total capsules (10 day supply) -- hardly a one month supply!! And it was not the product promised!! In addition, 2 capsules only provided 100mg. or Acai berry, not what was indicated in the advertisement.

December 28, 2007 I discovered that mine and my daughters vehicles had been vandalized. I immediately called 9-1-1 and my insurance company to start a claim. Today is January 7, 2008 and my vehicles are still sitting in my driveway, undrivable and unrepaired. How long does a claim normally take? All that was done was the windows were busted out. I have complained to my insurance and they assured me that this is normal. We are still looking at 1-2-3 days before anything can be done. I am so frustrated!!! I have had my pool for 2 years and my pop-ups and salt systems doesn't work and now I am going to have to contact a contractor to fix or replace these items and it is going to cost me an estimate of $ 1, 500.00 to get my pool up and running. VERY SHADY business practices. I'd recommend ANYONE interested in a cellular phone to AVOID ALL KIOSKS in general. Go to a local Verizon or TMobile warehouse and avoid these shady characters. Not only did they NEVER give me a phone (couldn't get it working and didn't have another one in stock) I got a credit (paper in hand) on the whole transaction because I never received the phone, yet received the bill on my credit card anyway.

Adipose Rx created an unauthorized charge on my credit card--I notified the company and they had to cancel the card, causing me many problems with the need to have a new card overnighted and having to set up a new account in my Quicken account.
Then, a package with 'New Caralluma Extreme' arrived at my mailing address, again unordered and unauthorized.

I placed an order for Microsoft 2008 for Mac on March 21, 2008 with next day air. I paid 123.00 for the product and 34.87 for next day service.I received a confirmation number. I am so Sorry for anybody using a warrenty, or the service from a national warrenty provider. I speak from experience on the providing end. A&E is Sears and they are a company 50% owned by whirlpool trying to eliminate Home Central third party work. Why? Its politics...Sex...&..Money.

Call these people immediately and tell them to cancel your account (1-877-208-6504 or 1-866-951-1406 then do not trust them from this point becuase they may charge your card again. It apparently started with a phone pitch which lead an employee without authorization to signed up for a free service trial from Stamps.com.
New accounting guidelines that we just implemented to double check all accounts being charged for both singular charges as well as revolving charges found a reoccurring charge $24.99 listed for SCI*Stamps.com in our monthly billing.

An unauthorized charge of 4.95 showed up on our Visa statement. The bank asked us to call the company before disputing the charge. I called the number and was told that it was made on my husband's card and whoever made the order would have to have the card number, name, address, and CCV code to make the order. It works like this, when you buy any products from macys they ask you if you want to signup for their card service, if you say yes, they try to put your new purchase on the new card so that it gets activated immediately and you become liable to use it. with complaints. This system is extremely rediculious. You don't even have time to try these products before your credit card is charged with $85.00. After using the product within 20-30 minutes, my face and ears and throat were extremely red and I felt like I was having a fever.
