Never signed up with them for anything and recieve charges!

I received my credit card charges today and there was a $10.00 charge to WLI'reservastionrewards.
I have never heard of this company much less buy something from them. In reading reports on them it seems like they charge a person $10.00 per month even though that person has not signed with them for anything.

I want my name taken off their list and hope anyone can help me.
