I recebntly purchased this cookware and have never been so disappointed. This cookware claims to be non stick hard anodized and I don't know about other boxes but mine stunk. The first time, I submitted an online complaint to my bank, but the charge disappeared on its own after I did this. This last time, I called my bank's customer service, who conference called to the number she had for the company. It turns out that this is a pre-authorization to renew a subscription to a magazine that I had signed up for a "free trial" some months ago. I ordered a supposed fix to my computer from Registry Patrol also known as Post Media Network over the internet. Comcast is still playing the $100 Cash Back for digital Voice but after you order they say that your vendor does not support the $100 rebate. That is false advertising. In February I ordered an air purifier from Ecoquest International and was set up on a payment schedule with Best Finance to pay $133.00 a month for 5 months to be automatically withdrawn from my visa card. Liberty Wireless account short changed me on my minutes. Supposedly plan included free nights and weekends. Checked my minutes 9 pm on Friday night, 42 minutes still available. Used phone on Saturday, Sunday service was suspended to lack of minutes I was then told by customer service that the system missed the lack of minutes. Was this a mistake? Harrassing phone calls from salesmen in Arizona, called main office. Would not help or give out any numbers or allow me to speak to a manager. Received 20-25 calls in the morning. Salesman used obscene language and threatened to sell our name and number to every telemarketer in the country. What a way to do business and sell your products. On Feb. 13, 2009 I placed an order with them for a cover for my cell phone. The item was to be shipped by ground with a total cost of shipping to be $4.00 bringing my total to $14.98. Having a disappointing experience with Coker Flooring with a tile installation, only $2500 plus. Tile uneven after a return of the installation crew. That return of the crew was not scheduled but was supposed to be preceded by an inspector, I would humbly suggest that potential Coker customer look elsewhere. I have been receiving similar scams previously but on this occasion I stupidly enough gave them my credit card details, as it stated that I was only paying $2 or something like that to get information sent out. I noticed on my credit card statement that they have taken a further $75.87 from my account which that had no consent in doing!!! I am furious about this as I only had enough credit to pay a bill that was due to come out and this has now made my account overdrawn and I have a $30 fee. I was informed that the product I wanted was in stock; after making the order (and they charge your card immediately) and waiting a couple weeks for the shower arm to arrive, I called customer service - which is consistently a 15 minute wait, canceled the order and was informed that I would see a refund on my credit card within the next two business days.
