Citi NRI is the worst website ever built. For one the login is kinda goofy. You have a complex 16 digit login ID that you can mask with a user id. However your user id is mapped to your login id on each computer (Basically I can have as many user ids as I have computers.) You delete cookies and you are back to the drawing board. Attempted to cancel my earthlink access on July 31, 2008. Earthlink billed my credit card 5 days later for the next monthly payment. Our service with them failed on the 17th of April. It is now the 23rd and I keep getting the old "we're very sorry we have forwarded to our technical team to deal with" always putting me on hold. They have not met their commitments to getting back to me on two occasions. I have insured an AC unit with AHS for 15 years, only to have my claim for replacement denied. The AHS rep said that the unit is "dirty, rusty, and has mold growing on it." The unit is an outdoor unit that is 25 years old. It is dirty and it is rusty, but the mold is growing around the pad that the unit is sitting on, not on the unit itself. The coil is leaking not because the unit is dirty, but because the unit is 25 years old and just worn out. I had set up payments to be taken out bi-weekly. What they didn't tell me was that it was only good for one year. They didn't tell me that I had to resign again.
