We too were approved, qualified and locked at 4.375 at approximately 2.5 pts. We signed our docs on 5/15/09. I called two weeks after to see why our account had not received the cash out funds, we could not get hold of anyone on the contact phone number. I ordered the Acai Berry x 3 on 6/4 and have never received the product. I was suppose to get the trial bottle and try for 21 days and only pay $3.95 for shipping/handling. I need to cancel my order and I have called the number that came up on my caller ID and they said they didn't know what product I was talking about. I locked myself out of my house on July 28, 2007 and called the Dependable Locks Inc. in Cincinnati because it promises 15 min fast response in their Yellow Pages ad. I made four more calls due to no response. And it took 70 min for them to come to my house. I was charged $139 ($39 for show up and $100 for unlock the door). And I have noticed that they have charged only $55 (2/11/07) and $84(6/6/07) for the same service based on the response posted on Dependable Locks Inc. San Jose web site. Went to Hospital after a night of severe kidney pain and unable to move/leave until about 4:30 a.m. I have a pelvic kidney and something was wrong that night. While kidney is usually smaller, deformed and turned backward, I never had problems before this. Radiology tests from this visit showed it to be much larger than usual and now larger than good left kidney. I would like to file a complaint on the Fuquay-Varina Peak Fitness and the whole corporation. I was conned into a contract by the staff at this gym. I was told that i was paying for one year and getting a second year free and come to find out this was false. Correct Roofing respresentative canvassed door to door. Their pitch was that they work with the insurance companies so i don't have to. We had some bad hail damage to our area in August 2008. Many homes had damage to their roofs, gutters, downspouts, soffits and fascia. The representative talked a really good sale and was easy to trust. My first instinct is always to say "no, thank you" but he said he lived in our neighborhood and he referenced several neighbors who had purchased from him. Here's the deal...you send them $5 for postage and handling of the gas cards, then send them $100 in gas receipts per month from the same gas station, and they'll send you a $25 gift card to that gas station for every month you do that. You purchase information for a $1 and they take your information and keep debiting your account when ever they like. When you call your bank they say the cant help you because the comoany has it coded as a reoccuring transaction, and that it is label as a subscription.
