I attended their free intro seminar in July and signed up for their $49 3-day seminar. A few days later, I discovered two charges of $49 each. After many phone calls, I finally got a refund. I rented a dell computer from Aarons in Oct 2007. I reported to them over and over their firewall and virus protection was outdated. The doctor at this office at first was very nice to my daughters and I. Once I filled out all of the required forms he informed me that because his practice was new he did not yet accept my husband's insurance, so I told him I would continue to go to my last doctor until he had time to become qualified. It took 1 week to change the status of my order for 3 measly stickers (that were in stock) purchased from this company. I wrote at least 2 e-mails asking for them to send the merchindise but never recieved any response. After the second e-mail I see it changed from "new order" to "in-transit" without any response to my e-mail. As of 2/27/06 I still have no idea if it was really sent out or not. I recieved an unauthorized debit against my card for $79.95. The phone number of the company was 772-675-3106. The name on my bank statement said ClarifyHealthy. I called the company and it's a 3rd party answering service that represents this company. I had purchased LG split A/c about a year ago and its warranty is for 3 years. With span for 1 year it was repaired 3 times. Out of 2 times it stopped working after servicing by LG personnel. A charge for $49.86 from Wie Vita system caused an automatic $20.00 NSF fee from my bank and at exactly the same time I had a charge of $6.82 which caused another $20.00 NSF fee from my bank. Gemb lending inc. has horrible customer service. I have been making my payments on time for my rv loan for over seven years. I recently seen my credit report and it showed late payments on my account. I found out over two years ago they lost a check I sent, always to the same address. I now have over $700 in late fees. I was never sent a statement or called about the late fees. I tried to call customer service but because I have filled bankrupcy in the past I am not allowed to talk to customer service, they tranfer me to the bankrupcy department who never awnsers the calls. read full review »

A few years ago we were contacted by them to sell our time share. We had to scrape together the $499 to even try and get out from under the payments and annual dues. All contact with the company was initiated by me and it took a few years to sell, by that time we had lowered our asking price to the point that we took a loss on our taxes and even had to pay an additional amount of money just to get rid of the time share. I received a letter in the mail a week ago offering me a credit if I paid off an alleged debt I owed that I have no knowledge off. Before I could send off a letter asking them what this was about and to verify the debt I checked my credit report today and this company is now showing on my credit report.
