The person on the phone got him to provide our bank information because they needed to charge for information about the home & program we asked about. I would urge anyone who is considering a home purchase here to rethink your decision. The developer has not honored the one year new construction warranty. The community gates have never been functional in the two years I have lived here. I am not aware of one happy owner here. I will be happy to give you many examples of the issues in this community. If you have already paid a deposit I would try and get it back. If you can't then I would just lose the money you paid and take a walk. I am from the US and use credit cards from US Banks. WizzAir is not able to process transactions from US Banks and makes no mention of this on their website. After unsuccessfully trying to buy a ticket on their website, the only indicated reason was "transaction denied".
