Like many other people posting complaints here, my son has been unable to access one of his webkinz rooms. He has several and all seem to work except this one. We simply cannot access this room. The computer freezes each time we try. We have to log out and back in to play. I've contacted customer service three times over 3 weeks. I've received automated replies each time but that's it. Recently during our rainstorms I was looking at J C Penny / Home store to purchase furniture for my living room. Upon getting to the second floor I saw a sofa I was interested in and water was dripping down from the ceiling onto the white sofa. A sales clerk approached me and I said water is dripping onto the sofa and she said the roof leaked. I have not received my Consignment #12019819943. The Blue Dart Call Centre is telling me that it is delivered to some unknown person. I have taken off from work today and waiting at home specifically to receive the consignment as I need it as fast as possible due to some urgency. I ordered a trial over the phone of 1 bottle of Tri-slim, a weight loss supplement for 4.95. I called a cancelled my order of any further tri-slim. I thought we were done 2-3 weeks later there was 149.95 taken out of my account and an additional 15.95. I made a purchase through these guys. They failed to mention the only way for me to make my payments was by money order shipped through the greyhound or by mail. So I was signed to a contract now I had no choice but to send the payments the way they wanted or I would be out that much more money. I used a Coinstar machine within a local grocery store to redeem $175 worth of coins to a Amazon.com eCertificate. The gift code that was printed on the receipt did not work on Amazon.com. After numerous phone calls to both Coinstar and Amazon.com customer service help lines, it was determined that the gift card code was printed correctly and valid, but expired due from long disuse in the machine. I am calling the District Attorney in my State. If you go and order the pen for $2.99. In very small print all the way down the bottom of their WebPage is term and conditions.
