HomeEq Servicing got me good. First off I did not want them as a mortgage. As soon as I got them they uped my mortgage then told me there was nothing they could do it was a law that they had to up it. I mortgage went up again.All of this less than a year. I called for their FREE trial offer. What a mistake that turned-out to be. They sent the product and charged me shipping only. I had 30 days to cancel if I didn't want to continue taking the product. I was given the option of becoming a member of Seattle Coffee direct. I would receive two coffees of my choice and two stainless steel mugs for $2. That was on Friday 8/21/09. I looked at my bank statement today and see not only is the $2 charged out of my account, but also an amount of $38.95! WHAT!!! I had a similar horrible experience with The Door Store. I ordered mirrored wardrobes on August 26th and was promised them in 4-6 weeks. When I inquired at the six week mark, they told me they would not be ready till the end of October (approximately 8-9 weeks). I am very upset that Cummings Properties is increasing my rent for my business during the worst recession in decades. I have had a Gateway Computer for almost 4 years, never called Customer Service before. My hard disk crashed and I needed a Recovery Disc. I contacted Gateway. You can not get to their order form for Recovery Disc unless you give your SN. My SN was not accepted because it wasn't 22 characters. Gateway's site does not provide any telephone numbers or direct email addresses. You have to fill out a form on their site and hope someone gets back to you. I went from a fixed 9.9% to a 15% jump because they said there was a letter of new terms in my February statement that i had too sign to keep my existing terms. There was no letter in my statement people. Now that i did not sign the form, they reviewed my Acct. and reviewed my credit report and they could not give me a real reason why they did this. I was actually surprised to see that there are previous complaints about this unathourized withdrawing company. I was recently a victim of the scam in which they withdrew $69.00 from my account on Sept. 11th 2009. I called my bank compnay today after finding out about this from a statement and found out that they have done the same thing to me last month as well. I was reversed the overdraft fees i was subject to based on the result of this company withdrwing from my account without any consent. We wanted to look at a room before we booked, but the guy at the front desk wouldn't let us see, we booked a room anyways since we needed a hotel near to my aunt's place. Most of the claims I submit to Wage Works is denied for supporting documentation. These bills were for a Radiology Dept, Radiologist, ER room, ER Physician and an eye doctor.
