I went to take money out of my account today and I see that I have a $69.50 hold on my account. I get home and see that it is from age invisible cream. I never ordered the cream. I live in Orange County, CA and was stuck in San Diego, CA due to car trouble. I had to phone my boyfriend by calling from a payphone and having it billed to my home telephone number. I just got the bill from Legacy and it is ridiculous. For 10 minute I was charged $17.80, 3 minute $10.97 and for 5 minutes I was charge $25.75. The less time I talked the more they charged. Who ever wrote that complaint is extremely disturbed. I have lived here since the place opened and have not encountered no problems. The place is beautiful and the staff is great! You may not be able to access your money for a long time after you deposit in your Ing Direct Bank account. On 11-10-08, I requested Ing Direct Bank to electronically transfer a decent amount of money from my checking account at Wachovia Bank to my Savings account at Ing Direct Bank. According to Ing Direct Managers, I will not be able to access my money until 11-20-2208. In this day a age, you would assume that electronic transfers would not take more than one day and you would be able to access your money immediately.
