service cant deactivated

my name is manish kc. my mobile no is 9463973445. A wap service on my mobile phone is activated named bollywood diva. It cost me 10 Rs per weak.It was started from sep 2009. whenever i click on the url for its deactivation, it shows blank.i req you to please deactivate this service as soon as possible.
