I ordered on line a kit for teeth whitening and received it and was not satisfied with it and returned it the next day. This company then charged my account 86.52 and made my account overdraw. I called them and they continually told me they had already credited my account back which they hadnt and were very rude to me and said there was nothing they could do. This has made my account overdraw and I am on Social Security and dont know what else to do. I have since cancelled my debit card so they cant charge anymore on it. I ordered their web hosting over a year ago when they were under a different system. I signed up with their new system once the old expired. One day my websites were suspended. I logged in and it said I did not pay my bill, yet I ordered the yearly package only a month before. I inquired and they told me that the first 21 days were a trial and I did not check to see if my paypal was actually debited or not and trusted them so I paid for another year so that my site would be back up again. I received the email after posting my resume on monster. I googled the company, as did many others to find that the company has poor programs to offer clients and has been pulling this scam in nearby cities. It is hard enough to find a job as an experienced business person and this false and misleading opportunity is frustrating. A few days ago I recieved an unathorized charge to my credit card from AP9 PM Identity for 19.95. I never signed up for any of their products on any of their websites. I signed my daughter up to receive free information for potential grants for college. The charge was indicated as 1.95 and once received and agreed upon after a trail period, additional charges may apply. The key words are once received and agreed upon. I had purchased a su-kam inverter in June 2007. Every 2-3 weeks the inverter would stop working due to something or the other and the company takes its own sweet time to send the guys for repairs after filing a complaint, normally someone makes a visit at least a week after.
