I purchased a Majestic AS PTM King bed and paid around $1000 for it. It has been a little over a year and the bed is horrible. We are unable to sleep on it as it has dips and is uncomfortable to sleep on. We have gone back to using our 13 year old bed which is far better. I now have lower back problems and would probably never purchase another Sleeptronic bed again. Because it is over a year I am stuck with a bed that I cannot return to the store that I purchased it from because the manufactures warranty is up. This web site tells you the wonder hanger is $9.95, but they don't tell you they charge for packaging. I ended up paying $51.00 for something that should have been at the most $12.00. Also this web site doesn't give a receipt so you can see what exactly the charges are. I was buying one set of wonder hangers and t6he other set came free. I was charged for the packaging and shipping of both sets which came in separate boxes. There was no receipt included in the box when I received it. Purchased Pro-Fi Elite. Package says "Everything iPod". Unfortunately it does not charge my iPod Touch, my iPhone, or my Nano. So listening to music the battery goes dead. I spent well over 30 minutes waiting for customer service when I finally was connected to tech support. After 40 minutes more he agreed to send me another unit. That replacement never arrived. Each call I placed thereafter I get (mysteriously) disconnected. Today, product defects are inevitable. Logitech warranty/Customer Service non-existent. Their Anaheim branch is simply horrible. The sales manager, believe his name was Ryan, cannot be trusted. In their sales pitch, they claim their so much better on the service end of things than their competition. I don't think so. Another Saturn Vue 2003 transmission bites the dust, and yet another person that will NEVER EVER by another Saturn again... Hell I tempted to not recognize Saturn as a planet. I happen to buy a box of 50 regular cheetos about 3 weeks ago and opened it up with a couple of bags already open. Now, before I left Sam's club with the box, there was a seal on it still with the expiration date on it. That would show that the box is still brand new and hasn't been touched yet. I purchased a Toshiba laptop from the Microsoft store online on 1-1-10. Delivery was scheduled for 1-8-10. Microsoft hired UPS to deliver the computer. The computer was delivered to someone else, and the someone else who signed for it denied receiving the computer. Microsoft, from the first to the third phone call has done nothing but jerk me around. It refuses to refund me my money or send out another computer. I was told when I signed up at his linden, NJ site and all I needed to do was give notice that I was leaving NJ and going back to Tennessee since this could only be temporary. This loan servicer or lack thereof is pathetic. They received my loan on 7/1/08, committed a RESPA Violation by not notifying me with 15 days as required by law. Instead they sent a welcome letter dated 7/30/08. They have not posted July and Augusts payment. There telphone lines consistently say "we are unable to take your call and hang up on you". FIRE HAZZARD...BEWARE! We have a newer home and have had the Maytag QuietSeries 300 dishwasher for 3 years. The builder installed it so we had no choice but to take it. Kwik Kar, Eldorado Pkwy in McKinney. Was told there was a 45 minute wait to get inspection. I let them service it while I waited. $178.99 dollars later for a Brake Fluid Flush and Rear Differential Service, I was told the break & ABS lights were on and it would not pass inspection. I could drive it and it would be okay - but it wouldn't pass inspection. They were not on before I got there. I knew it was something they did or did not do. On Christmas day about 11 a.m. my husband went to get gas, not realizing that the station was not open. He was at your location on 291 Hwy. Harrisonville, Mo. He swiped our debit card and then realizing that the pumps were not on he cancelled the transaction.
