When I called to place an order, the items that they advertise to be "free" are only given as free when you join a membership to a club. Even if you decline it over the phone, the cost is added to your order. At the end of the automated call they do not give you the total cost of your order. I had to call back. A charge showed up on our Verizon telephone bill for $7.14 as a directory assistance call placed on 12/20/06 to 101-515-8000. This call was never placed and in fact there are several complaints on the internet about this scam company. I will be calling Verizon tomorrow. I hired this bogus company to collect an overdue invoice. I did this last October. I was called BY them to solicit my account, since, supposedly, they were going after the same person who owed my small business over $7000. When resume zapper says they will zap your resume they aren't lying. After you spend hundreds to thousands of dollars to to have your resume proffesionally re-wriiten, resume zapper re-writes it so that it's unintelligible. They change the format so that it's unreadable and then they send it out. I took the manager and showed her the price shown, she, removed the price tag and said that it was incorrect. I did not purchase the article at the increased price at the register. The power cut in Ghaziabad is causing a lot of problem. A normal cut in a day is minimum 10-12 hours and since last day the electricity was available only 4 hours in the past 24 hrs. Submitted claim they denied for missing information. Had they actually read the receipt they would have seen it contained precisely the information they needed. Now I'm told it will take up to 10 business day for it to be reviewed AGAIN. Nothing but problems with claim submission with Ceridian Benefits. After complaining to our HR department, they advised I'm not the only one complaining about them.
