Well, I'm another one that got taken by this company. Same complaints as everyone else. I finally disputed the charge the other day after numerous attempts to get an answer from this company. Majic windows is a horrible company. Hard work means nothing to them. The General Manager and just about anyone else in the company of authority are all family hire on's-inlaws of Rod Rue the owner who married a bulldyke who left him with the intent on taking him to the cleaners. I saw the ad on television for the Snuggies wraps and thought they would be ideal for sitting around the house. When I called in to order them, I was taken through several processes; kind of a bait & switch. Paid for six treatments at Shermans Oaks location. After receiving only three treatments, the Sherman Oaks store closed for 'remodeling, ' and never reopened. The only time I ever spoke to these 2 guys was the first time they called and they told me they were looking for money I owed to them for magazines (which I never purchased) and don't owe any money to anyone. I am finally posting a complaint forewarning all about Sears PartsDirect after many experiences of similar poor performance in getting parts for Sears Kenmore appliances. It is my guess that this outfit is in fact a separate contractor used by Sears and other retailers to peddle their repair parts on the web. At first John seemed to be a nice guy and a good dealer. He had good marks on Ebay and the communication was not too bad (this was before I paid him). My info was sent to them as a third party contact. I was sent the "free trial" for $5 in shipping. I tried to tell the company that I did not order this. I bought a vehicle in July of 2004 from Drive Financial. I can proudly say that I have not had a late payment that was my fault. I put up my car in 2005 for a loan with GTE Fed. Credit Union, 1. I received only a copy of a reciept paper for my loan after signing the necessary papers. Now they can not seem to find the SIGNED documents, 2.
