Beau,
I just wanted to contact you briefly. We are a live event and video

accepted a position with LAGTv. I am writing you to provide you with some
information regarding the producer of that show. Mr. Shane Latham started
LAGTv in his garage in Knoxville, TN. We agreed as a company to lend Mr.

Mann Bracken
On 10/10/06 I came to an agreement to settle on an unsecured loan with Chase Bank, which they turned over to Mann Bracken for collection. I spoke with a rep (Ms Evans) who advised me I could settle for $1545.56. I mailed a check on 10/11/06 via USPS ExpressMail (tracking # showed it was received and I got delivery confirmation) which was received on 10/12/06 and cashed on 10/16/06. She promised the debt would be settled and I wrote on the front and back of the check that once cashed the debt would be settled.
On 10/17/06 I received a... read full review »
A&E Service
I purchased a Whirlpool WTW5800 washer in October 2007. Then my issues started with A&E Service. A timeline ensues
November 2007 – Washer leaks and gets worse as month goes on.
December 8, 2007 – A&E technician comes out at about 11:30 (I was given 8 – 12 window). Mis-diagnosis of the issue results in the statement “do not fill past half full, Whirlpool has known problem with this washer”. Completes around 12:30
January, February, March 2008 – We take the technician at his word... read full review »

I shipped out on 10/14/08 via Priority Mail with Insurance . After over over 3 weeks I contacted them to make sure they received phone. No response to emails until mid Nov 2008 they claim it took 28 days to receive, now I sent it from Long Island to Brooklyn Priority mail the most 4 days. Sunlight
I recently bought Sunlight OxiAction detergent to use in my dishwasher. It was advertised as a new product and looked promising, as well was on sale so I gave it a shot. Not only did it not clean my dishes at all- there were even still lipstick marks and finger prints all over glasses and mugs- but it left a heavy coating over all my dishes and left my silverware looking tarnished. I thought there was something wrong with my dishwasher until I switched to Cascade and the problem was fixed. I wont ever be buying Sunlight OxiAction detergent again, I was very disappointed and frustrated. read full review »
www.decormyeyes.com
I sent my eyeglasses in for the repair service of "Decor My Eyes" and since their website promises they can fix anything, I was confident they could fix the broken temple on mine.
I went for an entire month without my eyeglasses, getting by with an old prescription while I waited and waited and waited and waited for Decor My Eyes to get my UN-REPAIRED glasses back.
I had to wait 5 business days, calling every day before they confirmed they'd received them. I had to read the priority mail tracking number to the customer... read full review »
Sears Home Repair
I was not very happy when my new, Kenmore Elite double oven was not working. I called Sears Repair service who scheduled an appointment within a week. When they came out, they said that the reason my top oven wasn't working was a faulty board that they had to order. Two weeks later when the board arrived, another appointment was made. The second (different) service guy came and said that it was not the problem but a thermocouple was the issue. He then ordered that part. Two weeks later, the next service guy called to tell me that I... read full review »
Bobs Discount Fruniture
Horrible!!! Don't ever buy from Bobs! Its been 2 months since I bought my sofa and still no due date for delivery. Seriously how long does it take to deliver a sofa! Customer service is horrible!!! When the sofa was first purchased I was told it would take a few weeks and it was never mentioned that it would take beyond a month. You call back to ask why and the receptionist can't even answer any of your questions. Its definitely worth paying a little extra for better customer service elsewhere...really its not worth paying less for a headache. read full review »

south beach brite/sparkle
Someone left a message about Natural Sources South Beach Brite and Sparkle tooth whitener about their free trial offer and how to order both for great results. The free sample initially runs you about $7, but in small print you will see you need to return the items within 30 days. IF you don't return them you will be charged about $85 per month for automatic renewals until clearly notified otherwise. So, this small 30 day trial, that you must return in less than 30 days, they say unless you return everything back in a certified mail they... read full review »

Damian here. I wanted to personally reply to your post. Sorry to
hear you feel like you were "taken". I'd be upset too if I felt
that way.
That's not how how our biz operates obviously (or we wouldn't be
growing like we are in this wacky economy, not to mention the
getting testimonials just about every day).
That said - our company, like any company, does have policies.
It's the only way to run a growing business as I imagine you

Gryphon Financial
They claim 82% or better track record so far I've lost 82% and much much more. No wonder they have a no return policy. To be fair out I've been given at least 13 picks to date, only one seems to be decent, and even it is rapidly decaying in value. Since their alert or take action line comes on daily or whenever basis I seriously believe I'm just going to put them where they belong; in my virtual trade account where they can do no harm. I am going to take action by simply letting this subscription run out. read full review »

On Dec 30 2008, I sent blueprint drafting (18 sheets in a digital PDF file) via email to be printed by EP Engineering for the amount of $54. The order was completed and shipped in Jan 2009. In May I had to make changes to two of the sheets, and when I printed those at another vendor, I found the scale was different. EP had printed the drafting at larger than 100%. I had to reprint all the pages at much higher cost. These are architectural drawings, and it is essential that the scale is accurate. EP claims to be a professional architectural... read full review »
Wendy's Hamburger
I give wendy's a bad review as I had been watching these wonderful marketing views on t.v. and finally about a month later went to go visit a new store in Daytona Beach close to I 95 and LPGA. First the guy who took my order was not totally there. When the food arrived I received this little package which was enough to feed my grandson, maybe. The food was absolutely terrible and the fries were warm but closer to cold. I tried it and more than likely will never go there as the last time I was there the salad had a rubber band in it which grossed out my better half. read full review »

Jayson Home & Garden/CHICAGO
Jayson Home and Garden is carrying STOLEN DESIGNS! So this place has been notified that all the pillow designs they sell and promote from a particular criminal enterprise in Texas have been stolen from hard-working, honest local artists, along with info on where to find numerous posts about their long-running con games and guess what? Jayson H&G apparently is more interested in dishonest profits than in stoppng theft from artists! Very sad, if you ask us. If we find that the situation has changed, we'll update the post...otherwise, if you buy from this store, you are supporting theft from artists! read full review »

I know that the rest of my money was due for my car. I attempted to settle my debt, even after it went to Tiburon Financial. After trying to settle other debts, I miscounted by bills which made me overdraft.
When I tried to explain what happened, the rep just cut me off and went on hollering that I better find a way and I need to manage my money better, on and on. I felt offended because I could have ducked them but I tried to be an adult. Something needs to be done about people like that. read full review »

Dear Complaints Board, I am a Nokia (6630) owner. I am staying in Ghaziabad (U.P). In my set, there was a problem with the video recording facility. So, I went to local Nokia Care in Ghaziabad (Shreejee Enterprises, B-5, RDC, Ghaziabad, U.P, India). Initially the phone was working properly, except to the video recording problem; hence the set was subjected for technical verification for liquid logged and tempering of handset checks. Thus, the nokia care employee opened the set, and in the process, plug of the display jack got broken by the... read full review »

I went to Bay State College for Fashion Merchandising and its a really close knit community. While I don't have any problems with the school itself, and classes, its the dorms. They are absolutely HORRIBLE!!! First off, at $12k a year for what I'm getting, I could be getting a lot more. They cram 4 people in a tiny 15 x 10 room with barely enough room to move. The buildings are old and dated, and there's a lack of proper fire safety and escape routes. There are NO elevators for 6 flights of stairs. The rooms are musty and old... read full review »
