I use to be employed with burgess seed and Plant Company. I worked in the call centre, let me tell you this, they are horrible with customer service and once they have your money your in for a ride. 9-18-06 compressor on heat went out on heat pump, they did repair it.I had to call another company and pay out pocket for repairs 1-16-04 heat pump not working, service rep said it needed heat strips to work, not covered under warranty. I have been waiting for a refund on a ring I returned that looked different than on television. the ring looked cheap and at the time I ordered it, it was immediately taken out of my checking account for payment. When returning an item, it takes weeks to get your money back and this is not fair. I have been dealing with Jewelry television for a long time and this happens often and I see complaints from other companies/customers who also have this happen. In July 2007 I purchased a 1GB Flash Memory Drive from Consumer Depot. When I opened the box it did not work. It was completely dead. In addition, it was obviously not new, there was no original packaging and there was some tape gunk stuck to the side of it. On their website there was no mention of the fact that what I was ordering was a used unit. This is fraud. I have been billed $9.99 for a service called "Ring-N-Rock." I have never heard of this service nor have I ever used it. The charge appeared on my T-Mobile bill. T-Mobile gave me contact information that never leads to a live person. Instead it directs you to an e-mail address for complaints. I have sent three and received not response. I have attemted to text STOP to the number provider by T-Mobile, but it responds that I do not have an account. I have even entered my cellular number into their interactive response number. I contacted this place in order to have a custom part made. I received an estimate and paid for the material up front. The order in question was $20 or so for the sheet stock, and an additional $80 for the actual metalwork. As soon as I received the quote for the work needing to be done, I payed the individual in question thru paypal, At this point, he stops answering my emails/ calls etc. Several weeks have passed and I have heard nothing. The food delivered clearly bears no resemblance to the food they advertise. Tacos get just a smattering of beef, 5-6 shreds of cheese and a large amount of lettuce. I never authorized ACE Cash Service to make a deposit into my account, yet I see now that they did on 11/05/09. I rareloy use that savings acount and honestly rarely pay attention to it. My latest Verizon home telephone bill included a surprise from OAN Services Inc. It showed a call to their directory assistance was made 3/25/07. To use this service it says we dialed 1015158000 and for the privilege charged with taxes $7.57.
