Sent musical clock to have sensor replaced. Clock is in fine condition and works well except that it doesn't play music on the hour. It does play if you press the demo button. Coserv claims the clock cannot be fixed and I have to pay $325.35 for replacement (this is more than I paid for the clock). I was moving from a large home to a smaller home, and had a personal library of around 1000 volumes. Valerie Jacobsen contacted me regarding possibly selling the books on consignment. I entered into a contract with her keeping the majority of the money. I hated to give up my books, but had no more room for them. My friend bought a classic car from Future Classics and was told by the owner, Nick DeMartino that the engine was just rebuilt 3000 miles ago. This is easily one of the WORST companies I had to deal with; here's the story: I purchased a roundtrip ticket through these guys back last summer and I got my eticket fine, I got to the airport about an hour and a half before the flight (it was international so you need to be at the airport at least an hour ahead) and the guy at the ticket counter told me that they were fully booked and that I had to take the next flight. We have used Peachtree for about 5 years. We stated out with the usual 90 FREE technical support, but getting a tech support person was IMPOSSIBLE!! I deposited $59k in the Emirates Bank in Dubai. The money was stolen out of my account using a forged signature. The bank has 1. Refused to honour its obligation and refund me the money. 2. Refused to provide copies of the documents used to steal my money and 3. No senior member of the bank staff has ever bothered to contact me. Dubai has no banking ombudsman. I was having some problem with my E51 handset so i went to Nokia customer care in gurgaon (sector 14). Instead of focusing on the problem they were more interested in selling the extended warranty. My phone was stolen 10/13/09, I filed a police report and reported it to Asurion. On the 10/21/09 when I went to pay the $85 charge to replace my phone I was told that since my phone service had been disconnected that day I no longer had insurance. I was told that they do not validate the claim from the day of the incident, they validate it when you have all your paperwork completed and even if I paid my phone bill I could not replace my phone because I would be starting with a new insurance plan.
