If you live in Texas, sign up fo rthe Texas No-Call List, then, notify them (and record the notification call, or certified letter), not to call again. Then, document when they do, and start filing complaints with the State Atty General's Office, they have an on-line form-EACH call after notification can be fined $1000! I did this to another bastard company, and they were fined $10, 000.00, then they finally stopped! I purchased my Gehan Home in September 2004 and I would like to warn anyone thinking about purchasing a Gehan Home. I am not sure if the company profile states if they are selling used perfumes or not, ... but they do sell used bottles. After seeing Dr Kleiman I now have very bad eyes. Especially in the right eye. My eyesight was farsighted, now I cannot read without glasses. I had to get glasses anyway because of nearsightedness and farsightedness now. Now i have bifocals. I have a hard time seeing when driving after dark. I fear eventual blindness now! I ordered the product by phone for the offer of $39.99 with the second one free. The whole process of order was complicated, not clear and detailed on the transaction, and the process was done with a machine, not a real person. The next day, I called the customer service to cancel the order. They said it had been processed and can't be canceled (although I received emails of processing and delivery confirmation 2 days after the complaint). They seem to know just enough to convince you they'll do a good job but not enough to actually do the job. They promise to show up bright and early in the morning but then do not show up until noon and one day they showed up around 2pm and about three others not at all. No matter what time they show up they only work until 4 - 4:30pm so some days they don't get much work done. My Compaq Presario V3015 NR had to be serviced due to the monitor screen being broken. I sent it in to HP beginning of August they received it August 12th. Each time I would check on its status the expected return shipment was pushed back until a MONTH later it said status : canceled. Several months ago, I initiated a credit report with this company but never received anything from them. I assumed that I had erred in filing the application. However, I have now received two months' billing of $14.95 each from this company via my VISA credit card. I still have received no services from the company and do not wish to receive any. Stranded in over107 degree heat after a bus had a flat tire. Instead of call someone in the town 5 miles away they sent a person from Las Vegas. We had no water on the bus. We approved small monthly charges of about $50. My wife does the bills and sometimes there is a laps in time before I catch miss charges. I there were 3 or 4 monthly charges of over $300 a month when I realized that they were over charging me. We stopped payment with our credit card provider. For the second year in a row I bought Norton Internet Security and sent in the two rebates, both for $30. I received one rebate with no problem but as the year before received a post card stating that I had not sent all the information and was late in submitting. Knowing I meticulously followed detail in submitting the rebate, I wrote and asked them to send a copy of my envelope with mailing date and its contents. Of course I never heard from them again and feel that two times is a sure indication that (1) we are being scammed and (2) not to use them again. I purchased 6 bras from Julia's bra shop in January using Paypal. They were mailed USPS and I received them on January 29, 2009. I did not like 4 of the bras and contacted JBS to receive a RMA. I returned the items via USPS and they were delivered on Feb 6, 2009 to JBS. As of February 27, 2009 I am still waiting on a refund of $78.87. Paypal refuses to file a claim or issue a refund the JBS website no longer exists (www.juliasbrashop.com) but I keep receiving ad emails from them (last one was Feb 21, 2009). There is NO WAY to fight a FAP claim with Wildblue. If they say you went over, you went over. Period. Years ago I (and MANY others) requested that they show actual daily usage so we could manage our own use but they STILL only have a 30 day rolling total. Wow, the GOdish is the worst customer service I have ever received..or did not receive. I signed up based on their snazzy ad in the mail for 19.99. They did not give me the $19.99 deal, but I did get a pretty decent deal. I signed up, then they set up a service date. I met them and took 1/2 the day off while they did the 2 hour install. The owner, Nick lied to me. He told me the car was a great daily driver and it almost overheated on the way home due to multiple issues including a bad carb. I had the car repainted because he told me that he had a great bodyshop. He said they would sand off the blue and repaint black. He sent it to MAACO and the blue is still showing through even after them supposedly fixing it.
