My husband & I bought a Cub Cadet "The Tank" zero turn radius mower (commercial grade) 48" cut in April, 2007. Brand new. We do lawns commercially. Any time my husband mows with it he can't get more than 10 hours to a set of blades which cost between $50.00 & $60.00 for a set. Usually he gets less than 10 hours. I have had problems with Washington Gas overbilling since December 2008 when we switched to an alternate provider, WGES. Wasington Gas didnt bill us January - March and then billed us $1300 and then 3 days later $1600!! Thats $400/month and our prior usage was about $150/month. Tancredi chiropractic treated me for a personal injury. I received an bill in the mail overcharging me and charging me for services not rendered. When I paid this company a visit to question them, they threw me out of their office. I was sent a threatening letter in the mail stating if I questioned my bill again, they would contact "law enforcement." Bought the Yardworks Cordless Reel Lawnmower (model ( 60-1535-8) in May 2007 from Canadian Tire in Winnipeg. Used it twice before I realized that buying this mower was a great mistake. Fat cow hosting has never disclose what the charge for each products they have, till you have sign up and log in to the control panel, the most frustrating thing is requesting refund. They will deducted 50-60% of your sign up fee and tell you certain products was not refundable, and they are not listed in the terms and condition. The other problem is the construction of the web site, it is so difficult to navigated and try to constructed a web site is a nightmare, and the help desk is not help either. Hi, I purchased a TATA connection with mobile from Kochi, Kerala paying full amount. Now I am relocated to Bangalore. When I asked to activate a new TATA nubmer which I took from Bangalore, they said that I have to purchase a new mobile. Or to transfer the current number to another phone. It is a cheat by TATA if I can't use the phone that I have already paid for. The only thing I can do as per their advice is to burn out the current set and buy a new set. Worst Service ever. Bought a E61i on January 09th and since then, me and my daughter constantly calling them and kept getting hung up without any responses from them. They have no idea where the order is at. First of all, when we call during the early central hours, we get notified to call at a later time, and then when i am at work my daughter calls, she gets information to call earlier, because the customer service left. 9 years ago i bought an expensive vacuum from rainbow. When i was buying it i was told that the guarantee is almost life. It started working badly recently and when i went to the business to find out whats wrong they asked me to pay $650 to get it fixed because the motor broken. In May 2008, I purchased a Craftsman riding mower. I am happy with my mower, that is not the issue. The issue is when I called the warrantee department one year later to report a problem and schedule my yearly free tune-up, I was told they no longer do that but I can get 10% off of that service. I tried to call the number but the recording says that all lines are busy and that I should call again. I tried numerous times and different days and times but get the same recording.
