I deposisted a payroll check written to my daughter in an ATM. Wells Fargo reversed the deposit 3 days later after withdrawals on the funds were made, withdrawals of $10, $20, etc. They charged $35 a pop for a grand total of $325, causing me to be even more withdrawn and no funds from the check. I bought a blue and white diamond ring from Gems TV and they say that they have a 30 day money back guarantee if you leave the tag on it. They also tell you to wear it and see if you like it. Well I wore it for a few days and sent it back before the 30 days with the tag still on it and I find a return and it is them sending it back to me because the tag is worn. I have bought numerous items from them since last August and I am a valued customer ordering from them all the time... Watch out and watch your mail. Ordered Aqua Globe s and a few weeks later got what looked like a refund check for $8.25. Not that out of the ordnary in days of rebates but this was a scam. In the fine print on the check it said that if I cashed the check I would be allowing them to debit my credit card for $149.99 for something called "Great Fun" a discount service that I would never use. I bought two TV's in 2007 from Kmart in Defiance, Ohio. Both boxes were labeled with the words "digital tuner". When I bought them, I specifically looked for TV's with digital tuners. Sent my computer in for repair. When they shipped it back, they shipped it to my old work address, not the address they picked it up from. I have brought my car in on multiple occassions to be fixed for the same issues on the GMPP that was purchased through the Findlay Chevrolet dealership. I gave TSL $1, 350 for pre-set Medicare and turning 65 appoinments. Of my first 3 leads, 2 were NOT home and did not return my phone calls. The 3rd lead was for an address that DID NOT even exist and when I called the name on the lead the person was DECEASED. I hired My Handyman for a door install. The technician said it would take 4-5 hours because I had a screen door that had to be dismantled. 6 1/2 hrs and he still didn't finish. I had no doorknob, no trim and no screen door! When I asked him about that he said it would be more time and he would have to continue to charge the $88/hr. I didn't notice the damage to my siding until 3 days later. Needless to say I won't using them again! Be very careful and make sure you send back the "free" samples or empty bottles within 30 days or your credit card will be billed $98.50 for the "free" samples and you will start receiving a package to the tune of over $100.00. Product itself is no better than drug store products. I'm out over $100.00 and the company is wriggling around and telling me I did indeed sign up for automated shipments. The All My Sons office we were using was out of Bluffton S.C. therefore all his movers were schooled and skilled to handle high end furnishings. My sister, Jolandie Esterhuisen bought a Ford Bantam Bakkie in Nov 2006. Since the first day there were fumes in die bakkie. Very bad. I signed up with 5 star resorts back in Sept. with Holly Maddison and Summer Holland. After I signed up with them it was hard to get a hold of them, so I talked to there customer service on a weekly basis. Culligan charged me for service on a house I no longer own for service I discontinued two months ago. Culligan stated that I signed a 6-month contract, however there are two checked boxes. DSLExtreme's service was intermittent at best but I canceled my service because I moved. When I called to inquire how to return the company's modem, I was told I should wait for a box to be sent to me.
