I hired AVL moving as movers. I initially hired 3 people for move as suggested to me by the agent on phone (he was proffessional though). Horrible RUSHED job. Finished our 2500sf house in 2 hours. Dust and dirt everywhere. Sink was a mess. I bought a computer from them. Total was around $3000 dollars. It was a Compaq Presario that I later found out was only about $458 at Office Depot. The monitor quit working. After 6 months of them not returning my calls, I called a different store that put me through on a direct line to Customer Service. They do not send replacements. We found out that this web site doesn't exist but does take the $1.95 out from your credit card then takes another $57.61, $38.21 one man was charged over $73. This kit doesn't exist either. This service was absolutely unbearable. Horribly unresponsive customer service, an impossibly difficult process to take the final test, and a website that was very buggy and painful -- I recommend that everyone stay away!! Ugh. I went in for highlights and low lights and left with orange hair and an aching scalp. The staff members inferred that the mishap was my fault and rushed me out the door. i ended up getting a color correction and conditioning treatment at another salon and had to have 5 inches of my hair cut off because the ends where breaking off when the stylist would comb it. The store was unbelievably disgusting. It had a nauseating smell to it. There were two dishes on a table full of rotten something! There was a dead, decaying mouse in the restroom and there were flies all over all the fruit they were selling! We ordered fruit from them online and never recieved it even though we had already been charged for it! I requested a stationary design from Logodesignpros. They had a promotion where I could get the stationary design and I would receive 250 printed business cards with the order. My design was completed on 9/10/08 and two weeks later I had not received my business cards. We Bought a box of Post Trail mix crunch that lists almonds and Pecans as main ingredients. Nice picture on the from of the box, but the cereal inside is disappointing. Bank of America is a complete rip off!!! They charged me $70 dollars in overdraft fees because my account was overdraft twice for a total of -$98.24. They took ownership of my timeshare, via an owner and earned me a substantial return. I guess it is all about the company, timing, and person you re working with. Starting on 10-29-09, there were charges on my husbands credit card with Chase of 1.00 on 10-29-09 twice from EMI and Easy saver. Also charges of 16.95 on 11-30-09, one charge from EMI and one charge of 16.95 from EASY SAVER. Also on 12-28-09, a charge of 16.95 from EMI and another charge of 16.95 from EASY Saver.
