i had booked a flat in ittina akala, later on i was advised by my peer groups to not buy a ittina property as the construction is very poor. i had booked it by paying 10,000/-. On the form it says cancellation of booking will mean a deduction of 30% in the amount paid. I am yet to hear from them. I own a Mercury Grand Marquis. CNN ran an article about rear end collisions (over 60mph) resulting in fires and ultimately deaths by fire. They stated all police cars in this series have been fitted with gas tank protection kits for this reason. The problem started on June 28th. As water was coming through inlet pipe, it was going out immediately through outlet pipe. So I called the call centre (at 26935544). I have booked a flat in Gundecha Altura. Possession (as per the agreement) was in March 2009. The Builder is delaying the possession of the flat and is providing no reasons for the delay. I was having a heat check on 10/14/08 and was told I needed a new furnace and a/c unit for a cost of $5100. I asked why I would need a new a/c and was told it was all part of the unit. My friends HP Laptop had a virus with a Security Alert. There was no way to operate the computer without downloading a new security update to Vista 2010 anti virus protection. So I tried to order the update and thought it was through Microsoft. It was not. The company charged my credit card $69.95 and never gave a conformation e-mail or order number. I cancelled my card at that time and have been disputing the charge on my account. I reported the company to the Better Business and to Chase Customer Service.
