The woman is a complete tyrant. Vindictive and petty, her common practices for "inspiring" her workers are threats, lawsuits, and anonimous calls to Child Welfare on you. She has stalked and harassed several of her former employees, even to the point where restraining orders have been warranted against her. I personally witnessed her calling a the landlord of a former employee and tell them that the former employee was selling drugs, in an attempt to get them throw out of their own home! She is a simpering little coward when she gets caught, without even the balls to show up in court, but the minute she can, she resumes her pyschotic behavior. And then she tries to wrap herself in a cloak or righteousness by spouting off about what a good christian she is and how she speaks to God. Im sure God is hardly proud of what Miss Cindy is doing to her fellow human beings. In her self-deluded mind, she thinks people are jealous of her and want to be like her. No thank you. I prefer to have my feet solidly planted in reality than the delusional world she lives in. All in all, the woman manipulative, sociopathic and unstable and I would advise staying as far away form her as you can.
