I rented from this company and it was a living nightmare. They care nothing about you. All they care about is keeping a unit occupied. I wrote letter after letter, called the police on numerous occasion because of noisy tenants and I was told I needed proof that they were noisy. We were told company had a buyer for our timeshare. All we had to due was wire money $3700, to an account in Mexico for the sales tax to be paid before we received our compensation. This company does not deliver goods. It blames postal losses to begin with then promises to re-send. When goods do not arrive refunds are promised, then promised within 30 days (according to their terms of business). Then when the money still does not arrive we are told that it has been deposited and to check with our bank. When we used their conpany for landscaping, our neighbors complained that they were cutting rocks on their property and made large cracks on their driveway, and also parking their equipment and vehicles on their property .Evidently, they made a big mess but just left it there. now, the neighbors are saying when they fix the big cracks and messes on their property, they will make us pay the bill. For one year now, I have been trying to get DMC to sort out my account. I get sent from pillar to post, I have a trace alert on my profile which does not make sense as DMC has all my correct contact details. This is a problem that cant seem to be rectified. DO NOT BUY A DOG FROM HERE. The Puppies are sick and mistreated. The Owner Alice Counts has no business ethics whatsoever and hangs up on her customers when they have complaints. She has told me in person that some of her puppies were sent back due to infection with PARVO. I put a deposit for two puppies and learned this after the fact. It says on its website that you get the deals (in my case comcast double play-internet and cable tv) for 66/month for twelve months. After signing up for service, comcast revealed that they have that deal only for 6 months. When I tried to confront Bridgevine, they told me Comcast has the final say. It sure is a scam to get the people to subscribe to cable and different bundles. So beware of Bridgevine. I have yet to see if they gonna honor that $ 225/ cashback thing. I order this game Wizard 101 for my grandson. The second time you took money out of my account I contacted you and told you I did not want the game anymore. You told me you could not return my money, so I told you to cancel the game for me because I did not want to get charges on my account anymore. I purchased 3 new tires from Mavis in NY before driving back to my home in Montana. Within 24 hours the front left tire was low. I suspected they did not mount it correctly. Since I was traveling across the US, I stopped once or twice a day and put air in it. I have recieved multiple phone calls from this guy with a very thick Indian(I think) accent stating I owe money on a payday loan. When we first started talking to first universal lending. they were very convincing that they could get our mortgage loan reworked and could lower our payment 30% to 60%. I asked Gary about their success rate and he stated 100%. After we got signed up and a payment of 399.00 got made they would get started. On 12/14/09 we recieved a letter from NCE stating that the State of NY had issues orders that American Medical Life Insurance Co., the insurance company that underwites the health plan, will discontinue offering it's insurance to members that reside in the State of New York, effective 1/1/2010. Beware they sell water damaged/flood cars from auction before checking them out. They sold me a 2 year old low mileage Tundra that has apparently been in water at some point possibly up to the door handles. The smell was unbearable and they have tried everything to get rid of it shy of buying it back. It smelled like someone had actually died in the truck after the hot Texas sun hit it for a few days.
