I am being contacted by phone and mail from these people. They are contacting me about a charge that was made on my credit card that was false. My account number was used by someone that got my number after the fact that i had closed out account for this reason with someone else. I asked the company if theses were authentic Uggs boots and they said absolutely. I received the boots and there was nothing authentic about these boots. There was a 2 inch patch of leather on the heel of the boot and the rest of the boot was man made materials that were obviously treated with chemicals that smelled horrific. I renewed my Virus protection. I kept receiving Messages from Symanec to complete another application. They stated that my credit card did not go through their system. I complied, two or three times. I talked to some one at Symantec and he removed the additional charges. I received my credit card statement and there were two more charges for $68.98. I had applied for a Broad Band connection a week ago. I was not able to connect 6 days. Only the first day the connection was ON for 10 hours. Repeated complaints to customer care didn't help. They play word games with you and try to rip you off with hidden fine prints. I requested is "3 credit report + Free Score for $19.95: My credit card was charged amount of $29.95 and $49.95 on March 30th, whereas all I wanted is the 19.95 package. On December 2, 2010, my bank notified me that there was a strange transaction made on my account of 24.95. The listed transaction name was MQCO. The teller at the bank gave me a phone number of 877-450-8663. I informed her that this was a fraud company and I would try to call them to get them to return my money. As per to-date, I have call and left messages on an answering machine with no return calls. I have no idea where MQCO obtain my name, bank account information and etc. I will put a stop payment on the account, however, this will cost me another $10. I called customer service to find out if I could pay my bill over the phone with a check. It was available but for a $10.00 fee. Then I explained that I was trying to avoid a late payment on my account - which I have had for 10+ years - because of a death in the family and the holiday on Monday (M. L. King) I was concerned that the payment would be late. I was told that the late charge would be $39.00 which was ridiculous for an account with an $80.00 balance. I had HDFC Credit Card some 2-3 years back. There are literally hundreds of credit repair websites and a lot of them try to guarantee success but the reality is most of them are just a waste of money. They use methods of repairing your credit you can do yourself if you simply google credit repair templates. On 11/28/10 I ordered a samsung 40" tv from Modia Home Theater. Since then, now 12 days, my emails go unanswered. I have made multiple calls and the people I speak with are hard to understand and their reasons for not shipping vary from person to person. Bought an extended warranty from US Fidelis. Who then sold it to Choice Manufacturing Company. CMC does not pick up phones. They cover very little. They would not pay the regular labor amount, so my mechanic won't deal with them again. I have to find another mechanic. But, that won't help that they don't answer calls. Took my mechanic 2 days to get a job partially approved. They cover rental upto $100.00 and I was out of pocket $200.00 as I lost 2 days getting hold of them.
