Non Payment
Working as a sub-contractor for Cleannet USA has been the worst experience ever. They hold checks for no good reasons whatsover. The latest hold was over a change of cleaner paperwork that had nothing to do with our company. Suppose to be paid on the 12th every month it is now the 17th and still no check. I am no longer working with Cleannet USA it is a terrible nasty company!

They Under bid on cleaning services just to fill your contract. It takes 6 months to get the first client for cleaning on your franchise. 3/4 of the time threy are re-fried beans from other owners that were stripped of their client for "poor" service. Nothinh in writing. This is not fair because there is not Mediation. Ripped off in Dallas. So please keep the comments coming so you can get your money back.

Don`t business this company
I bought franchise from Cleannet USA. I hope start new futures..Seller guy ED LUGO... He is best until signed to contract .. Picture is beautiful.. Support, education etc.. Everything big lie.. Don`t trust this company.. just live them alone.. go and start yourself.. or other...
I will soon post more detail about this company. But I am very happy .. First time I will say thank you Google.. because posting every complain this company same page...

Again I will post more think about this company soon... STAY AWAY... Owner Iranian... change to name.. but so what... Let see...

GREED Plain & Simple
CleanNet Of New England, specifically Mr Paul Oliveira who is President, are nothing more than greedy racist FILTH! This company is run with the sole purpose to supply immigrants (both legal and illegal I am sure) with US jobs, if you are a 100% AMERICAN, forget it! This company is run by a Portuguese man who only supports his own kind.
Do NOT give this company any of your hard earned money, they will promise you the world and deliver NOTHING. Investigate this company on the internet and you will see many complaints and lawauits filed against them. Not only do you have to pay a high fee to purchase the franchise you have to constantly pay them for upgrades, if you refuse to pay for upgrades they will take accounts away from you. Do your homework and ask plenty of questions when they give you their sales pitch. Nothing but lies and false promises. Get everything in writing as Mr Oliveira is an expert at lying thru his teeth. Do NOT sign any paperwork with them unless you have a attorney look at them, they will use every dirty trick in the book to steal from you, rest assured unless you are an immigrant Mr Oliveira wants you to fail, all that matters to them is getting your money upfront. Don't believe his lies...EVER!

Scam!
On August 2, 2007, my husband and I signed a Franchisee contract with CleanNet. On August 11 & 18 , 2007 we attended training were we were informed that within 3-5 weeks of completion we would be contacted with out first contract. By September 22, 2007 we had not heard from CleanNet. On September 26, 2007 I CleanNet a letter requesting to termination my contract because services were not provided.
On October 1, 2007 I received a letter from CleanNet stating that I had to wait 120 days before I would be able to cancel or terminate my contract. On December 16, 2007 I wrote another letter informing CleanNet that I wanted to terminate my contract. In accordance to CleanNetâs owner manual once the Franchisee has submitted a letter in writing wishing to terminate their contract CleanNet has 30days to provide me with a full refund. On January 7, 2007 my husband went to the CleanNet office to return the equipment we received and to find out the status of our refund. He was informed by Ed Lugo, District Sales Manager that we would be receiving our refund within in 10 days.
On January 21, 2008 I called CleanNet and spoke with Vanessa, the account who informed me that she had not received and termination paperwork. I left messages for Ed Lugo and Steve Tessier, Vice President and received not response. It has been 5 months since we signed a contract with CleanNet and we have not received the services they were suppose to provide or our refund.
