We paid this company $6, 554.00 to re- do our roof. The check cleared in May 2010. When they broke several promises as to when the work would be completed, I got angry and demanded our money back. It is now December 2010 and no work has been started or completed and no money has been refunded. Since then there has been emails, certified letters, and conciliation court. They did not bother to show up for court, but also did not appeal the decision. I ordered two true copies of my birth certificate as is recorded in the New York city Department of Health. Vitalchek sent me two certifications of birth. These are two entirely different documents. This is not how it is presented on the web site to make the order. I have a damaged true photo copy of my birth certificate from 1970. I purchased The Love Boat collection of all 245 episodes and 4 specials from TV DVD Warehouse that arrived on 19 DVD's from China. In early 2009, my mechanic sent my BMW M6 head to Clearwater Cylinder Heads (CCH) for repair/reconditioning. When it was returned, several of the new valves turned out to be the wrong ones. Unfortunately, this was not discovered until the engine had been put back together and was having its valves adjusted. So my mechanic had to pull the head off, order the correct valves from BMW, have the seats reground, and replace the head. Although Clearwater claims to "guarantee" their work for one year, they would neither correct the situation nor pay my mechanic for the cost of their mistake.
