I purchased a 52" TV that apparently had a poor light engine. (At a cost of $105 for the technician to advise me of the problem). I have been in contact with Mitsubishi since May 18, 2008 to come to a fair resolution. The cost of replacement is $805.00. The orginial cost of the TV was $3, 499.00. I will start with an old clichè. 'Insurance companies are happy to take your monthly payment but not so happy to pay when there's a claim.' I was interested in taking a vehicle warranty with the Innovation group, but received no help from customer services. Every time I called them I was told I will be contacted by one of the Telemarketers and never was contacted! All I needed to know is what would be and if there are any exclusions for a vehicle that falls into Plan A. Instead of making a living like many recruiters will tell you, it turns out to be a very expensive hobby. The job is transporting RV's and I was in the tow away (trailers) division. We purchased a self propelled Troy Bilt lawnmower. After one year the wheels and gears had to be replaced. They were very cheap plastic. After the second year the self propelled feature no longer worked. When we took it in for service we were told the transmission had to be replaced, which we were told cost in excess of $200. At this point we cut our losses and junked it. Our recommendation is to stay away from Troy Bilt. They are made with very cheap plastic materials that only last until the warranty expires. I am not aware of this account but it may be that since it happened back in 2002 for a charge that was under $100.00 I may have forgotten. In November 2007 I switched my home phone services to Rogers (VOIP). To make a very long story very short, it took Rogers 18 days to install the service that would not work. October 07 my husband and I with another couple visited Branson. To get discounted show tickets we agreed to a vacation presentation with VTC, LLC.
