Have received a phone message at home and at work from "Llyod Banks" at 559-823-5337. Claimed to work for Law Group of California and that they were about to file a lawsuit against me. Said I needed to call immediately to settle this or give him my lawyers name. I was given no information about who was bringing suit against me or why. I was told that if I didn't call back, there was nothing he could do for me. We spent $250 to board our dog for Thanksgiving. $250 is 25% of my husband's salary. Boarding the dog requires the dog to get some vaccinations, so we took the dog to the vet for some vaccinations and a physical exam the day before the boarding. When we got the dog back, the dog was in a lot of pain, so we took him to the vet again. It turns out that the dog's teeth were shattered. The range was delivered 1/17/08, it was non working at that time. Convection fan was not working, thermostat was not working, ignitors for the burners were not working. It took dozens of calls and not until March was it repaired. Again in August I started having problems again.
