 Never ordered anything but received invoice
								
				 To Whom it May Concern, 
 Apparently your company makes a practice of calling potential leads (as myself) and offering a subscription to your newsletter and other services.
 If however, the offer is declined, your marketing agent then offers a FREE newsletter, which is, I’m sure, almost always agreed to. Hey… why not… it’s FREE and you have the opportunity to sample the product .
 
 I did agree to the ONE FREE email from your company. I DID NOT however, SUBSCRIBE TO YOUR SERVICE!! I have called your company several times and have sent about 8 emails and still keep getting invoices:

 I NEVER Ordered this subscription to start with! I Don't understand how you can send out an invoice on something when all I did was agree to accept an email which was being sent to me by RENAE HESS. I did NOT verify that I was ordering a thing from your company!
 Your sales reps obviously need more training if they think an agreement to accept an email is confirmation of ordering a product!!
 
 In addition, after reviewing your website I noticed that NONE of this was talked about in my 1 minute phone call with this sales rep
 
 On your website:
 -----As described on the phone, you'll receive your first issue in two to four weeks, and another issue two weeks later. If for any reason you find the publication isn't productive for you, mark the billing form "cancel" within sixty days and return it to us – no questions asked. Otherwise, your subscription will simply be continued.
 DO not sent me anything further! I don't like the scam you are playing.

 You invoiced my company and now I have to TAKE the time to cancel the subscription I never ordered.
 I HAVE CANCELLED (in three methods) TO MAKE IT CLEAR TO YOU THAT I AM CANCELLING AND I AM VERY DISSATISFIED with your company.
 
 #1 I RETURNED YOUR INVOICE, UNPAID, NOTING THAT I DID NOT ORDER YOUR PRODUCT, this was mailed on 01.12.11.
 #2 I CALLED YOUR 800.220.5000 NUMBER AND LEFT ALL OF MY CANCELLATION INFORMATION PER YOUR VOICEMAIL ATTENDANT’S INSTRUCTIONS, this was done on 01.12.11.
 #3 I AM EMAILING YOU THIS NOTICE
 
 I just wanted to add that it is unfortunate that your company feels they need to swindle PROFESSIONALS to subscribe to your services.
 I did review your content, and your information is useful. Because I am a PROFESSIONAL, I do not do business with unethical companies.
 
 Please note that I also called your customer service department and spoke with Peggy on 01.12.11. She immediately gave me cancellation #00000 and advised that my subscription is already cancelled and there was no need to send this email. As you can see, I completely do not trust your company and see the need to send this cancellation in writing.

 Fraud
								
				 Someone called me at work offering Administrative Professional Update free. They assured me it was free, so I agreed. I started receiving the publication for about a year and then they stopped. Today I received a call from someone claiming to be from a collection agency stating I owed $195.50 for the publication. I told her I never ordered it, but she said I had 30 days to cancel after receiving the bill, but since I didn’t cancel, I owed the money. |
