2-10 Warranty is a horrible company. I have an AC unit that went out on 6/29/2009. It is now 7/17/2009 and has been about 90-100 degrees everyday. They have not still fixed the unit. I have made nearly 70, yes 70 calls to them with never once a call back. They do not live up to their end of the deal, do not care. Good luck to you 2-10 warranty holders that have something break on them. If there is ever a class action lawsuit filed against this company, please contact me for any assistance. read full review »

Never charge you price plan with first choice power because they will rip you off. What happen was that i change my price plan in the mid of the month. To lower my kwm price and on the fix rate plan. I had personal loans taken out with this company. After making payment arrangements with them on existing loans of $400 they did not honor the payment arrangements and debited my bank account for the entire loan costs without notification. I changed bank accounts and they accessed my new bank account without my giving them my new account number. I also have sent them several emails requesting that they provide me with an account number so I can make payments directly to them from my end but no response. I sent about 25 or 30 phones to them, they said only 2 were worth money. $24.00 to be exact. I have never recieved payment but they said they have paid me. Hughes Net Satellite broke, I called tech support after hours of automated trouble shooting a service repair man was scheduled. Took off from work, met repair man. Nice guy, but had no equipment to repair my satellite 'in truck'. so...why come? He could not identify problem without the equipment and therefore, could not fix it that day. WARNING, although we've heard WONDERFUL things about Blue Nile and once thought of purchasing their stock, my husband tried to buy me an anniversary ring from them. My Home Mortgage was just sold to BAC Home Loans Servicing, LP this company has no direct website, No Customer service department. Everything is Automated by computer and when called the only real option is to either make a payment or schedule a payment. This is not the way to do business especially when dealing with someones Mortgage. This company need to be more available, People need to speak to people, not computer. I bought the New Yorker sofa from the Marion, IA, store on 7/7/2007 ($677.76 total). After a few months of use, the cushions began to break down to the point that the couch was impossible to sit on comfortably. It looked years old, and I was not satisfied with the quality of the purchase. I recently spent $130.00 with Touchstone Research Group because they claimed I could receive a copy of my DD214 (Military Discharge) within 2-3 business days. Need ing a copy to apply for a job I was quite happy that I wouldn't have to wait the average of six weeks when using the government channels. A lie of omission is still a lie. FP Mailing Solutions told me that Pitney Bowes postage meters were faulty, expensive and contained hidden charges. So, I went with FP (stupid me). The salesman neglected to mention that you needed a dedicated analog phone line to download your postage. I run a web design business and have only digital signals. And they say there is no other way to do it. The sales people at hhgreg are way too pushy. We came in wanting to buy a dishwasher and a dishwaster ONLY. They tried to talk us into buying a refridgerator, a mattress, and anything else they could think of. They stay on you all the time and they find out you're not going to buy anything else the jump on some other unsuspecting person and bug the crap out of them. I will never ever visit hhgreg again. ONSALECELL ripped me off. Don't let them rip you off! I bought a cell phone which turned out to be defective. I returned the phone for a refund. I followed ONSALECELL return policy to the letter. Having just purchased a $300 winter coat from Queenspark in Chatswood Chase shopping centre I found that NEITHER of the pockets were sewn up the jacket smelt like SMOKE and there were STAINS on the inside of the jacket!!!
