ON 7/2/09 I ordered a potpie, while I was eating the potpie I found a bone in one of the pieces of chicken in the pie. Ordered merchandise on 12/12/2009. My credit card was charged the same day. Emailed recently to check status of order, received no response. The phone number listed on the web site is out of service. The phone number on the order confirmation gives the message, " mail box is full." I have read similar complaint on a website forum. Nov. 20 th, 2009 I received the size zero patch info by mail on October28th 2009. i read all the info, and allowed my husband to do the same. together we need to loose about 100 pounds. so i managed to talk him in to letting me order it. I used Classic removals to move my mothers contents to DBN this past week. I made payment in advance and was advised that it was received and nothing was owing by Christelle. Amount R1810. On Saturday when my goods are to be delivered, I get a call from Maria Saying I owe them Over R2000. I ask to speak to the Manager, Absolutely Rude! I told him i can only sort the difference on Monday and he says he will put my stuff in storage, that would mean I have to pay storage as well. They blame the customers for their miscommuniction. On Monday 31st Aug, my husband went into CNA Eastgate-he needed some double sided tape. He saw 3 employees standing at one end chatting. He went over to them - he had to wait for them to finish their conversation-the one glanced at him and abrubtly asked 'what do you want?' After 3 years with Spectramed, I terminated my membership on 311209. I have subsequently received 2 demand letters from docs who've not been paid for visits during Dec while my membership was still active. 3 months later, numerous calls later, no less than 4 ref nos. for calls where I was promised action (1 being a Team Leader) & I'm still waiting for payment of my claims. Parking fees at Clearwater are now getting ridiculous. You are forcing people to shop elsewhere or to stay for shorter periods at your mall. Surely you want to encourage people to visit your mall and not scare them away with outrageous parking tariffs. Give customers a choice between paid and unpaid parking. I can use the parking fees for petrol to drive to Cresta. Texas Military and family carpet cleaning showed up an hour late the day they were scheduled to clean my carpet. The supervisor was called 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment time and a person showed up at the house dressed up and not ready to clean the carpet. I just wanted to write a report on my total dissatisfaction towards the services & products of Coricraft furniture group. I ordered a couch from Coricraft Boksburg & initially the 8 week wait for my couch didn't seem an issue as I assumed I would receive a quality product. We have a netstar system that was changed from one vehicle to another in April this year. THe fitment was done by Autoradio Randburg who never sent the documents through, so we didn't get a certificate for the new vehcile. After months of trying to get autoradio to send the documents I contacted Netstar direct - what a useless bunch. I got hold of Gert Johnson who had promised to get it all sorted out and all the documents were sent to him. After weeks of following up I get told he has passed away and no one else can help. ACS takes their time when opening your check that you sent them. They do this so that they can charge you a late fee. ACS did this to me. They didn't open my payment for weeks, and finally posted it 3 weeks after it was mailed. It has taken our company almost 1 month to receive a order placed. We have emailed the company 4 times for tracking Numbers and where told the order shipped, which by calling Fedex it did not! Then when they finally sent the order after requesting a refund on our card due to non shipment it was shipped to a different customer! I took my cat there, he was blocked, it costs me 700.00 for 1 over night stay, they sent him home on Saturday because they were closing and would be closed until Monday. They said to take him to the emergency room if he got worse. I ended up having to bring him to the ER because he wasn't any better. The ER said that Banfield should have kept him 48hrs at least.
