Swinton Car Insurance
harry jones July 27, 2009
I received bank charges as swinton took a direct debit on the wrong date and for the wrong amount. Swinton told me that if i took the proof of the charges in, they would give me the charges back. They have not sent me the charges back therefor i am going to incur more charges as i am seriously overdrawn with the bank due to the direct debit and the bank charges all due to swinton's mistake. read full review »

Correctional Billing Services
April 28, 2008
I was pissed when the little 50.00 that correctional billing give for 3 months was up in 1 month, but realizing it might be something to that is the fact that I can understand that some people may not pay their bill and it misses up other people but at the same time I realize that it did help my bill not to be 50.00 each month. So I stated prepay and for a whole week or more I still have not been able to get calls through. Each day I call correction billing to see why I was not receiving calls and each day I was told something different and... read full review »

Drive Financial Santander
Carone March 17, 2011
This company has changed its name to Santander assuming that by obtaining a new business name, it would cover the multitude of harassing phone calls and ridiculously high interest rates that it charges customers, however Santander is Drive and Drive is Santander. I’ve been financing my auto loan with drive for the past 2 years and the interest alone is enough to send you into bankruptcy. This is a horrible company with unfair credit practices. I would like to be a part of the class action lawsuit against this company simply because... read full review »

My husband went to post a letter 3 doors down from my house. On his way back, he was hit by a car which had mounted the pavement and picked him up onto the bonnet of his car and proceeded to propel my husband onto our car, which was parked on our driveway. My husband is lucky to be alive. He is suffering from a broken leg, numerous head injuries, chest injuries, a lost tooth and countless body lascerations. My car has a damaged right wing, the boot lid is beyond repair and a smashed rear windscreen. The driver has admitted full blame and given... read full review »

We got into a car accident in Baltimore, Maryland. We were completely stopped for over 20 seconds, waiting for opposite direction cars to pass, trying to make a turn into a Walgreens parking lot when Car B, hit our car, Car A, in the driver's side door. The driver of Car B admitted that he was trying to make a call on his cell phone and wasn't looking up at the scene of the accident. He was travelling behind us and failed to stop, or go around us. We both have Statefarm auto insurance. The accident took place on Saturday 9/18 at 2:45... read full review »

This company is a complete fraud. They are a construction company who I worked with, How they work is they give u a price and start construction and then start changing everything the contractor ordered to cheaper items. In addition they then try to give you fake change order invoices to get extra money from you. Basically strong arming you that if you dont pay, they will hijack the job and you will never finish the construction. They have done this to other companies i am aware of now. Your Castle Remodeling Company
WNC Woodwrights, LLC December 16, 2009
Worked for company as independent subcontractor. I was hired to fabricate, finish and install a custom maple handrail. My company was to be paid in full at time of installation. The project was completed on August 22 2009. At that time Heath M. Slavin refused the bill and started to re-negotiate the original agreement between he and I. Since that time, I've carried the company to small claims court. I was awarded the entire judgement for unpaid invoices and all interest involved with the invoice. The court date was on November 20, 2009. It has been 4 1/2 months and the defendant hasn't made any effort in resolving this problem. read full review »

This does not make sense, whats the point of free checkups. I have warranty from this company from more than 3 years. Refrigerant has been leaking somewhere and they are not finding the real problem. Jagdambay Tools Worldwide

This is a sad story about an attempt of cooperation with an Indian manufacturer of hand tools. It has its roots in summer of 2010 when I was surfing the Internet trying to find a reliable supplier of spanners and wrenches in India. Why in India? Because Indian manufacturers are among leading ones in the world – their products are high-quality and not expensive. Shell Oil Co
Harry July 27, 2009
Beware Shell contest cards. The marketing staff want your private ID data. If you win a $10 free-fuel card, you can't trade the card for gas at the local Shell station. You must send your private driver's-license data to a separate nameless company. Shell says it's to verify winners are over 18. That could safely happen if winners showed their license at the local Shell station (where the free-drink cards are accepted). Shell says it’s confidential. We’ve heard that before. Verification might be justified for the $2, 900 grand prize. For the minor winning cards, it's a brazen Shell marketing data-collection tactic. read full review »
