I requested two credit reports for myself and my father early in October. According to my bank, Mini Credit Report set up a reoccuring fee. I purchased a vacation package from Back To The Caribbean and at the time of purchase or on the contract there is no mention of cancellation. GM raises its rate from 9.9% to 30.9 % without any courtesy phone call after a late payment. They, according to them, do not have the customer service power to make such call, nor they can they send an email warning or reminder. despite me signing up for all the alerts possible, no warning was issued and the rate changed with no notice. Every year, Green Tree requires me to fax proof of insurance. Every year, I get my agent to fax this information to them. The next year, they want it AGAIN. I have never been without homeowner's insurance, and the previous mortgage services (Greenpoint & NationsBanc) never did this harassment. They send 2 emails one for smart savings, with one id#, and another privacy matters123 with another id@ when you try to cancel they ignore you and wont except my input 3 to discuss the emails i received, when i press 5 for canceling their phone service goes off. My mortgage was sold to ASC from First Franklin in August 2006. Instead of First Franklin paying my summer taxes, they sent all my escrow to ASC along with the mortgage. We received an unlimited lifetime warranty from Weathershield when we purchased their best windows available. Not only do the windows leak every time there is a storm but paint came off the exterior of the windows. The doors are delaminating and leaking.
