Very Unhappy with this service
This company is making a fortune off of the family of inmates they claim that they will refund you well that is BS. my fiance and I were cut off of our phone calls 6 times in a row one night and then the next 4 times in a row but when I addressed this company about the situation they told me it had to be because of either third party calls or I placed him on hold. And then because our calls did actually last more then 7 minutes they will not refund the money to the account so they made .87 cents on each one of those calls that are supposed to be 30 minute calls and will not take responsibility for their system being at fault. I wish there was another company to go through in order to talk to your loved ones. It is bad enough that our justice system puts them there but then the only company you can deal with to speak to them ***...

Calls bein cut off
This is gettin old fast if we dont talk for more than a second we get cut off if there is to much noise we get cut off if someone beeps in once again cut off and the 6.95 fee is bs. Are loved ones cant have cell phones in these prisons or jails so we have to use this service. When we call and have a problem its feel this form out and we get back to u well bs they never do. I think as much money as i have spent i should get a discount. Is there any other company that doesnt have such crapy service and doesnt have a 6.95 fee.

Ticked off
I am very disgusted with this company. since my fiance has been in the institution we have lost more money with this company than calls we have had. it cuts your calls claiming third party calls and i am on my bluetooth 98% of the times and not even in reach of my phone. the static and electronic sounds are terrible and they give you 10 second blank spots where i can hear him but he cant hear me and then they want you to go thru too much to get your credits back. it is very easy for them to take your money though. the saddest part about this is there is no other company to use and customer service is a blur with this company. my use for them will be over soon. hopefully they will get this together.

Bad service
This is the crappiest service that completely takes advantage of the fact that right now there is no competition. i welcome the day that a bigger and better inmate phone service be made available rather than this crap. you can never speak to a live person, and if/when you do they are a total waste of breathe and effort. the rates are too high as well as eventhough you make on time payments, you are still subjected to not hear from your love-one... crap company.

Fraud alert
I went online to add money so that my son can call home. Tried 4 times system said it didn't go transaction failed. Tried calling the number given on site to pay that way system said it failed call back in 30 minutes. Called back still failed. Well checked my bank and they all went through yet my son's account has no money and he can't call home. Called the 24/7/365 number guess what no one there. Sent an email they say to call them. Are you kidding me. I guess today was day 366?

Poor Service
I am forced to use Correctional Billing Services to receive calls from my daughter. Today she has tried to call at least a dozen times and the calls are so garbled that I can not understand anything that is being said. Four of the calls came while I was sitting in the facility parking lot and still the calls were garbled. Even though I can't talk to her I am still billed for the minutes from my service for the calls that try to connect and today it has cost me $4.00 for nothing. The service is the worst that I have ever experienced!

Dropped calls
I have been a customer of this sad company. I been having the worse time with them. They claimed that I have 3 way calls. Which I did have any calls coming in at that time. Then they said that the background noise is making the calls being disconnected. I have never had such a hard time with any comany like I had with this one. I had a number of letters faxed to them about the diconnected calls and I still have not had this problem corrected. This had been going on since march/2010. I can't go to another company because this company has all the phones in the jail. So I am stuck.

Rip off
This is a rip off, calls hang up after one minute and they state Im using a phone feature now the calls hanging up after 9 minutes on hold now for 50 minutes to speak with a manager. They state I need to fillout and fax a form for a credit. What the ***!!! This is a HOT Mess. The third CSR told me I could not speak to a manager and would not give me the physical address so I can go to the company. I asked for a refund of the balance of my account. I won't hold my breath.

Disconnected calls
Every day at least three to for times a day my call is diconnected in the first couple of mins for no reason..its 2010 n their computerized system cant tell the difference between a beep n the *** cord movin..whenever I call they tell me to fill out the form, fill out the form like I have the time or money to wait on their decision..
its not my fault their system *** n so do the jail phones..I spend at least $35 every two days on this *** phone just to be able to talk to my husband..someone needs to investigate them n fix whatever it is thats wrong..

scam on disconnected calls for no good reason SAYS NO CUSTOM CALLING THEN HANGS UP ON THE LOVED ONES
I am writing on the scams of the hang ups at the correctional facility billing services, In on months time I have been disconnected 10 times for no good reason. When they get ready to disconned the line it says (NO CUSTOM CALLING ALLOWED!!!). What ever that is suppose to mean!!! There is nothing going on or being said for them to disconnect us. I have called the billing services several times no ANSWERS from anyone I would like a refund for the calls that i was disconnected on. I know the mopre u disconnedt the phone lines on all the loved ones the more money you make from us. bullcrap... I am entiled to my money back check your records three to five minute phone calls at a time and then hangs you up... And I am still being charged for 3.20 a call rather we get to talk or not!!!
I would like a answer and a refund from the billing services ASAP A VERY UNHAPPY LOVED ONE THIS IS ALL A SCAM!!! LISA
