I purchased a vehicle from Delaware Auto Exchange on February 26th, 2009. On March 7th, 2009 my vehicle breaks down. I have it towed to a shop and they tell me that it is my transmission and in order to replace it, it will be close to $3, 000.00. I did not even pay $3, 000.00 for the car. I am extremely irate because there is nothing that they will do and now I spent almost $2, 000.00 on a car and now its gone. Purchased a card in September 2007 specifically for use in New Zealand. Despite trying many pay phones there was not one where it would work for calls within New Zealand. A recording would come on that said the number was invalid but in each case when I went to a tourist center or begged help from someone else the number worked fine. My 11 year old son received the first book in the new Rick Riordan series for his birthday at the end of June. His friend gave us a gift receipt in case we had already purchased it, but we hadn't so I threw it away knowing that we wouldn't be exchanging the book. We left a week later for a 3 week vacation. This company is selling defective mattresses. I went through 3 Sealy mattress, two of which were determined by Sealy and US Mattress to be defective. All 3 beds were different models but all felt the same. I spent almost $1000 for a mattress that feels like cheap foam. I would say it's Sealy but my previous mattress was a Sealy and two friends just bought a Sealy from another company and the beds were very good quality. WARRING: Do not buy from these people. We purchased a King Sealy Posturepedic 60th Anniversary Edition for $1169.00 on Dec 28, 2010. I have noticed that when you email the billing department, and even when you copy it to the support department, that you don't get a reply for weeks. This has happened on a serious issue twice. The J K Harris Company advertises that they will work with the IRS to negotiate and settle any outstanding back taxes someone owes . This company took $4500 from me and did nothing. They would not even return my phone calls. They send me collection notices saying I still owe them $1500. It is the biggest scam in this country and no one is doing anything about it. Whenever a commercial is broadcast, the volume is unbearable and you have to turn the volume down. Less than 15 days late on a car payment and I receive calls daily harassing me for money. According to the people who phone, this is HMFC's policy as it is computer-driven. You actually start getting calls 6 days overdue. By 15 days we were getting up to about 12 per day.
