After reading all the negative reviews I was very skeptical, but the very attractive prices on the auto parts that I was interested in made me decide to go for it. So I had my order ready to send online but had a question to ask them about one of the parts in the order. After a 2 minute wait (not bad) on the phone, a very kind and knowledgeable person answered all my questions and informed me that I could save another FIFTY DOLLARS by ordering on the phone with her (no problem there). Parts were shipped the same day via FedEx ground. The auto body parts arrived in professional packaging and were as advertised (cool). I give carpartswholesale 5 stars. read full review »

On July 17, 2008 I received a phone call from customer service stating that my payment did not process my bank because my bank account is closes, I told the customer representative that this is not so. My account is not closed and in fact has been open for more than ten years that I pay all of my account with this account and have never had a problem, the representative instructed me to contact my bank and then call her back at 866-283-6635.

What you pay is what you get (or do NOT get in this case!)
I never received my order and FINALLY got UPS to issue a credit; however, they had to issue it to Classic Closeouts. Classic Closeouts refuses to issue the credit back to me! Additionally, Frantz (who is probably the ONLY “employee” there) will NOT return my emails or calls.
The reason their products are SO cheap is because they steal their customer’s money whenever they can!

I bought a high-end GE refrigerator about a year ago. Shortly after it arrived, it lost all freon. It took a week for GE to send someone to look at it and offer a diagnosis. When the part arrived a month later, it turned out not to address the problem. It turned out that the unit had been dropped on its side and had a broken part in the back. It took another two months for them to finally fix it. We were without a refrigerator for a total of three months, and they had our money already.

I was sent a moneygram of $6460 number 83578042 from Kenya to Yiwu, China on October 12, 2009. The forms my wife filled required my names to be filled by First name, middle, and family name. This she did. However, in China, the first name appeared, but last two names appeared together...ie the middle name and the family name. And I was refused payment! I had to call back home and wait, which was really annoying and unfair.Is there a way that Moneygram can make their forms customer friendly for clients who are living in China, but are not Chinese? I called this company to get help with my medication. I was told that they could get me my medication for little or no cost. They ask for a one time application fee of $50.00 plus $20.00 for medication I needed. The first charge to my bank account was for $90.00. I received a packet in the mail to have my doctor fill out. I then called back in and told them I had changed my mind and wanted to cancel. I was told to send the packet back to them unfilled out and they would refund my money. The phone number for the company does work and has worked since March 2009. There was no wait time and I spoke with a person. The rules of the order are online but most people do not read them. They were also included on a sticker with the products and it does tell us the next charges and shipping. I ordered gold, the delivery person called me everyday to get on. when i get on they say ooh we don't have it sorry... would you like to buy more? Answered no and they reply yeah we definitely don't have any stock. They call and tell me they have it multiple times. Then i leave town for a few weeks and come back. I would like to just make everyone aware that i ordered several items and the items never got to me and i could not get any help other than a flimsy tracking that showed it started at UPS and got handed off to the post office and the post office shows delivered - but they dont even show the address it was delivered to. electric boutique made ZERO attempt to try and help out or remedy the situation...for all we know that package was returned to them but they will not even give us a human to call or email - everything is done via automated replys with a tracking number only. The website Http://www.asys.com.au takes your money and does not send paid for items. In my case, that's $2753 you read right Two Thousand Seven Hundred and Fifty-Three dollars! Gone. The website looks great / professional. BUT BEWARE! Once you pay your money, you never hear from them again. They dont ever answer phone calls, emails, or faxes. I am taking legal action against them. VISA CARD says they are investigating my problem.

Your insurance coverage details are outlined in what is called your 'certificate of coverage'. Surely you can access this from Humana's website. No, it is not available on the web. I called Humana and was told they would not send it to me. Tiffany told my husband that she could look up our plan to reference our certificate, but it would take a couple of days.

I bought Big TV DTH on Aug 24th 2008, in Reliance webwolrd bangalore, there told call toll free number, they will come and install within 48 hours. So i called and representative told, engineer will call u and install tomorrow and i waited full day (25th Aug), nobody called, from then am calling more than three times per a day, but every Representative giving same answer " sorry sir for inconvenience, will come today definately please wait sir", i waited one full week, still nobody comes for installation. I purchased a Mayer washing machine 1 year ago, at $624, from Gain City.
This new washing machine broke down recently. Barely a year plus.
Meyer told me there is a component fault in main board however the entire main board is to be replaced at a repairing cost of $360, and minimum lead time of 4 weeks.
Please note the faulty component is a relay which is a simple electrical component that could be at the most cost $30.
I would like to caution to all reader that Gain City is not a trustworthy retailer.

Simmons, what a joke!! They do not honor their warranty. My top of the line Exceptional mattress failed in less than a year with two trough like depressions where we lay. This was deemed "normal compression" by Simmons. I am told the more plush and expensive the mattress, the more likely this is to occur... it is conforming to our bodies. I wasn't told this was a new contract (I had already gotten taken for 79.90 per month for 5 years) I thought that they were lowering the charge on the magazines I was already signed up for.
