Still after 15days i didn't got my order, so for enquiry i contact the website and they replied that my order is not applicable for that particular product which i select. I think this site is a total scam. First, it calls itself "Asian..." but there almost NO Asian women on it. I was so happy to walk into this store and find the exact style of couch that I was searching for with just one visit. We measured, we checked it out and it was just want I wanted. The furniture was delivered exactly when it was promised and then the problems began. This company started calling my office about 10 days ago claiming that there was a Verizon bill from four years ago that my business hadn't paid. The sum was over $1, 000. First, he spends no time with his patients. I stated I had a metal allergy, and when i woke up from surgery, I had metal staples in my leg that were killing me by the second day. I ordered a pair of shoes on 12 Jan and finally received them on 21 Jan. The shoes that arrived were mismatched. I called the customer service line and was told that they had located the correct shoe and would NEXT DAY AIR it to me to arrive on 23 Jan. The shoe did not and has not arrived. After more calls, I took the mismatched shoes to the local store on 3 Feb but was told the correct shoe had already shipped out so they could not accept the return. It still has not arrived.
