My husband and I had our services terminated even though we were not due to top up on our accounts until 11/21/06. After calling the company's so-called "expert advisors", they can't seem to agree on our previous top up dates. One person says May 2006 and another says June 2006. (It was actually August!) They state that the apartments are individually metered, but no proof can be given. No one seems to know where the individual meters are and management will not show any. We believe the bills are being estimated. You are billed on or about the 25th of each month by the property for your electricity and it is due on the 1st of the following month. Help, Kia has had me in the shop over ten times in a year because one of their dealers did not fix my car correctly when in warranty. After many times of losing money from missing days of work and having to pay for a broke car, I find out in the end by a mechanic that I was rip off and nothing was wrong with my car in the first place. I have an expensive, supposedly-complex (as indicated by a previous plumber who fixed an unrelated problem) faucet in my kitchen that developed a leak. This school is bad. There are many unhappy clients and former/current students. I have witnessed first hand the damage the owner of the school has done to students and clients. This is a hostile environment. The owner is a racist person whom has a tendancy to be violent and physically intimidate students. DO NOT ever do any business with CONSTRUCTION PIPELINE, they sell construction leads to contractors, Most of their leads are repeated leads, you will most likely pay a high price for the leads. They have givin me the run around with when and how I will get this back. When we built our home back in 2005, our builder recommended a propane company named Blue Flame Gas. We had them install a propane tank and supply our propane from that point forward. I did find out until 4/1/09 that Blue Flame Gas was bought out by Paraco Gas in November, 2008. Up until this winter we had no problems with our propane delivery.
