Yesterday my kids, sil, nephew went to the mall. All the kids decided they wanted to eat in the food court. My 12 yr old nephew and 14 year old son went off to order from Arby's. After 3 years of having a mattress it begain to have sunken sides . One side is 3 in. deep and the other 4 in deep. The pillow top is moved to the one side.I called Levins where I bought it, and they said it is defective. BUT they said it could have no stains, and I tried to clean any little stains, but the water marks from cleaning has remained. What can I do with a defective mattressess that I paid 2000 for? I brokered a decent Triumph TR3 B to this man for a very reasonable sum, and charged a $500 finders fee, very reasonable. As a result the car was bought, shipped, paid for. I went to see a specialist. After checking Aetna's website to make sure the doc was in network, I called Aetna to make sure as well. The doc even called and transcribed the call because of problems with Aetna in the past. The claim came. They charged the doc as out of network.
