We ordered floormats for a RAV4 using the online tools to get the correct item. The mats that were delivered were much too large and do not fit the car. We have called multiple times only to leave messages as well as faxed and emailed with no contact. I've seen an add on TV so I called JK Harris office in florida for back taxes. I talked to Darryl Lassare he told me we qualified, we owed $12,000 in back taxes. We gave them $2400 and 14 months later we got, all we can do is set up payments, I was allready doing that. I could of gave that money to the IRS, but no I gave that money to jk Harris that did nothing for me. I do not recommend them to anyone, I told all my friends not to use them. I purchased airline tickets through Hotwire.com for a holiday trip. The trip was cancelled by the airline and the airline agreed to refund the ticket price in late December. Hotwire refuses to refund the money to me because they are "waiting" for the airline to provide the check number of the refund. Hotwire knows how much money I paid and acknowledges that a refund was agreed to by the airline. At this point they are in possession of my original payment, plus the refund from the airline. I was extremely annoyed to find that blue mountain had taken a years subscription from my account without my authorisation. I was completely unaware of any renewal agreement. I asked for the account to be closed immediately and that the money taken would be refunded. They closed the account but ignored the refund. We did not have hot water to bathe for 5 days at the Playa Alameda in Varadero. We asked and asked so what did we get. A bottle of rum brought to the room. You cant wash in rum. The beach was not raked or well kept. It had small pieces of branches all through the sand. This company offers bridal and prom dresses. I ordered an Alfred Angelo dress. The result was a nightmare! Actually, it wasn't an Alfred Angelo at all but a cheaply made imitation for the nearly the same price. The armholes were cut so tightly, you couldn't get your arm in; the zipper bunched up the back; the fabric was too heavy and did not drape. The biggest problem, however, was that the dress had none of the detailing found on the back of dress I had ordered - which is quite noticeable if you are a bridesmaid. The dress cost me $110.00. I was hoaxed into thinking that my name would be eliminated for hotmail.com listing within 48 hours and it looked like it was from hotmail staff. This morning, I was not able to get into my account.
